What an amazing service DoorstepDrip have provided from start to finish!! Ordered a pair of Ugg Tasman and they informed me on the day when it would get delivered. I wasn’t in my house the first time it got delivered and DoorstepDrip sent me a message to ask whether I missed the delivery and sent me the link to reschedule delivery. Which was a really nice touch because it showed me that they were very attentive with my order and wanted to make sure I received them. I received my Ugg Tasman a couple of days later and they sent me another message to ask if everything was okay with the delivery and if I was happy with my order. I’ve never had such amazing customer service before when buying items online! They were really on the ball and made me feel like an important customer. Would highly recommend!!
