The bed risers work fine but they don't give enough inserts to make sure the bed doesn't wobble.

My order came pretty quick but I bought a bed skirt and the length measurement was wrong and it came with stains all over it.

Everything went smoothly- haven’t opened the box yet so hopefully it’s good. The box itself looked like it was destroyed in the shipping process. Crossing my fingers that the shelf is ok.

Received my shelving unit very quickly.
Did not construct the unit because it is for daughters dorm room. However I believe it is going to be perfect to fit over her micro fridge combo unit because of its adjustable shelves.

I ordered a twin XL bedding while on dormco. I got it very quickly and it can in good packaging. However, I was very disappointed to find what I ordered looked nothing like the picture online. I was not the right size either and was way less poofy than the online image and overall just bad quality. I also learned their returns aren’t free even though I didn’t receive what the picture online was. I would like to return it and should be able to do so for free since it looks nothing like the online picture.

Items were promptly received and easy to assemble. Looking forward to my next purchase!

The room divider worked great for what we had planned and it was a great price. I thought I had ordered it in white but it was brown when it arrived, so make sure you look carefully at what you are ordering-both of them had the same name and there was very little difference in the photos on the website.

This gift was for our granddaughter who will be starting college in Oregon in the fall. The "student" price listed was quite a bit less than what we ended up paying. If my granddaughter hadn't had her heart set on it, I know I could have purchased a much nicer trunk as well as the other items for less money and at a better quality. Also, when my order was complete, even though my granddaughter was listed as gift recipient with mailing address in OREGON, the delivery address ended up being my address in TEXAS. I was told to go to a website to make correction. That proved to be impossible. I finally called and spent a LONG time on hold just to get the address corrected. I'm very disappointed with the whole experience. I sure hope my granddaughter is happy with her gift. We will not be ordering from your company again, and will definitely not be recommending it.

I received the package in a timely manner. I bought the Don't look at me- nook style room divider to use to make a dressing room when I do art fairs. I sell clothing.It was a reasonable price and I also bought 2 curtains for it. I set it up at home with little problem but could not get it to work when I was at a show. Could not get the last top bar to slide on the upright. Gave up. Will try again at home before my next show. The whole thing seems a bit wobbly for what I plan to use it. Would like to return but I am sure it isn't in pristine condition after packing it in the car for a show. And it would cost a lot due to the heavy base. So I will adapt it to make it work for me (if I can figure out why I couldn't get the last horizontal piece to slide on) by securing the ends of the horizontal rods to the tent framework..

I ordered two trunks and both arrived damaged during shipping. I contacted customer service and they are sending me the return labels and will replace the trunks.

Everything was good and fast. My only complaint is that they have the connector screws that go onto the poles already screwed into the poles and one of them was cross-threaded onto a middle section of the pole and therefore makes the pole bend. I don't think it is going to affect the stability, we are just going to have to make sure that goes on one of the back corners to hopefully hide it.

Bedskirt came on time, eager to put the panels on when my daughter moves into her dorm room!

Perfect for blocking my 11 month old baby’s view while she’s in her crib in our room. Instructions are useless but used common sense and was able to figure out how to put it together. Went together easy. Also makes a great photography backdrop! Would buy again.
