Secure and reassuring service for a Party Wall Escrow
I used DOS & Co for a small Party Wall Escrow. Having never undertaken such a financial service before, and despite being careful to choose a provider that was regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, I was still nervous. However, Darragh made the process easy and reassuring, as well as very personable, by responding to questions quickly and clearly. I found their online portals for uploading required information very easy to use and secure. The fact that there was no set up fee but rather DOS use any interest built up on the held funds to cover costs made this a particularly attractive and accessible service for a domestic customer like myself. I would recommend them to anyone else requiring a similar service.
