one vid download per 2h, this extension is a joke

Cet extension n'est plus du tout intéressante ! Fonctionne quasiment partout ( Sauf Youtube maintenant depuis quelque temps ). Vous êtes limités à une vidéo en 24 heures. Les développeurs ne travaillent plus par passion, mais pour l'argent maintenant. Dès que je trouve une autre extension, je supprime celle-ci.
Edit : Etrangement, le statut prémium est demandé sur Chrome mais pas sur Firefox. Cela démontre bien que les développeurs se moquent de nous.

I can't download YouTube videos because it's not free I thought this Microsoft Edge extension was good but it's not it costs money because you can't have it for free it worked before I downloaded videos but when I download more videos it's saying that I need to buy it this is a joke I thought this was free I am very disappointed right now this was so good and it's trash

Very selective as to what videos it will download, in particular short videos. I've been left with a library of small videos which I'm unable to download or share.

Le téléchargement en 4K avec un QR code pour une version non-payante, je peux à la limite comprendre, mais le QR code affiché en bas à gauche, d'une dimension de 15 cm carré pour un téléchargement en 1920x1080 alors qu'il existe une multitude d'hébergeurs qui proposent ce type de téléchargement sans contraintes d'achat, cela me fait sourire. Poubelle...

J'envisageais d'acheter la version premium . mais depuis la dernière mise à jour, l'extension ne fonctionne plus avec chrome sur plein de site (dommage je n'ai pas tous mes codes avec d'autres navigateurs), et on a plus un visuel clair sur la qualité de téléchargement , seulement le poids de la vidéo... Donc non merci

Completely Unreliable and a waste of time. Sometimes it works, most time it doesn't work at all. It is maddening. No help whatsoever from Downloadhelper.net

I have used this for a year or so and it has always worked fine. It stopped working and now they watermark the file until you pay for a license. Price is not bad and it works well so I bought the license. It all worked well then a day ago now it wants to transmit the URL and HTTP to the "native application" and it states its privacy policy that they never sell your info. If it is saved on my computer then what is the privacy policy about? Why make me select "ACCEPT" or "DECLINE". I know the file is saved to my computer but why the URL and HTTP? It says it needs it for "more complicate downloads" but why not delete them after you download? This makes no sense. I do not expect the company to be honest enough to give me my money back so I will write as many bad reviews about them as possible.

DO NOT BUY! The seller is a scammer and does not answer when you ask why the license code does not work.
Too bad, because video download helper works well in itself, but without a license it is unusable due to a large QR code in the image of downloads with which they want to enforce payment.
I am done with such jerks.

Works very well for most sites I use it on. Already downloaded many videos. Sometimes it doesn't work, presumably because of decoder issues...

It never works with Facebook or Instagram and some more websites, even though lots of tutorials suggest this software. When, in rare cases, it does download the video, it often has a bad quality and a nasty QR code on it.
As for Facebook, it doesn't matter if the video or the reel is public or private, it just won't download it, ever.

It marks downloaded videos with a big QR code in order to force you to buy a licence, an expensive licence.

Incredibly sneaky 'dirty practise' company.
You convert/DL your video from a YT link and without warning or written anywhere on their BS 'Lure you into a false sense of security' site, they embed a QR code in the video to then force you to BUY a license to convert it. Not a small QR code mind you but a HUGE one on purpose.

vdh is a worthless program.....new versions download without warning.....can't go back to previous versions.....just sits on twirling.....hard to find a way to contact vdh.....this jerome person don't care & thinks your not smart (won't let me type the real word) as he does not help....this compunity forum on github is worthless.....loath assumers that think everyone can work these sites like github when they have no clue how to work the site as they are not a know it all and jerome thinks everyone is a computer/technology dictionary or a not smart (won't let me type the real word)......I would go back to a previous version but had no clue which 1 and tried them all but just stays on queuing....I am sure this is pointless so whatever.....been at this since the new upgrade and man is it aggravating and loved it as it was able to download a site I found as no other downloader will recognize the site (claims no video but can plainly see it & play it).....even the new version does nothing but twirl

It does not work; every file can't be corrupted from 3 different devices. BS; I'm contacting my CC now.

Excellente extension dont je me sers, pour pouvoir voir les vidéos en décalé, depuis des années, à l'occasion ; elle me rend vraiment des services, et mérite d'être encouragée (marche bien sur Firefox). Merci !
