This companies stuff is not made specifically for Doxies. In fact I am pretty sure this stuff comes straight from Temu. I was concerned when I got an email saying it was coming from China and then when I got my stuff I knew I could’ve bought it off Temu for 99 cents. I am so disappointed and angry.

Received harness a couple weeks ago. The harness itself is nice quality, no complaints there, but it doesn’t fit our dog. Have been trying to contact them for a refund, but it’s been crickets. So, just a heads-up – be VERY sure that what you order will fit because they will ghost you once they’ve sent your package and you’ll be out of pocket $60.

I ordered a harness for my mini dachshund. Unfortunately, the harness was not suitable for my dachshund as the buckles would have rubbed under his arm pits when walking. I contact Doxie Gang numerous times via Facebook, Instagram, their website & following the link on my original invoice. I have had ZERO response to any of my communications regarding returning my item for a refund.

Im really disappointed not to have received my order and have had no response from the company ..when I contacted by email as to it whereabouts

This company is deceitful. This is not an American company, it’s Chinese.
The quality of products are Temu at best but cost 3x.
If I could return I would.

Received harness but was slightly too large and was hoping to exchange. Have tried to contact customer service 3 times with zero response so now have an unusable £30 harness. Wouldn't recommend.

Placed an order and never received tracking information and emailed 4 times without any response. Finally disputed charges with my bank for a refund. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend shopping here.

I ordered in the beginning of July and waited 15 business days (3weeks) to provide shipping info, however I never received. I reached out to their customer service three separate times and never received a response back. Avoid this company at all costs….they will fraudulently take your money and never send you a product. I had to go to my bank to dispute the charges because I cannot get a response back from their customer service. Avoid!

I ordered 2 harnesses and they were too small for my dogs. Doxie.us replaced them no problems. They were so easy to work with and very nice! The product is so cute!!! Very pleased and will ordered again soon.

I have tried numerous ways and times to get intouch with someone to swap the size of my harness. Every contact way possible and nobody will answer. Really bad customer service this. Now I have a harness whats way too big for my dog all I wanted to do was swap it for a smaller size 😞. I chose the size has I went with the measurements online and this is way too big now for my dashund. It took 7 weeks from ordering to come aswel. I will never order from here again 😡

I measured my Doxie incorrectly but they were patient and told me what to do. They are sending me a free replacement. I’m very pleased

SCAMMERS don’t buy from this website it’s not real. I ordered almost $200 worth of stuff from them. I did receive my dollar store items which were 2 sizes too small & my “luxury “ 3-1 is non functional and nothing like the photos. When I started to look into the return policy they only have an email with ridiculous guidelines like once you send your return back it will go overseas (15 days) and then we will determine if you get refund. Well the website they give is a non working website so that sums it up . Product is not what’s shown in photos & very cheap quality & non working website. I do not even think these good reviews are true because there is no working email. All the good reviews are stating how great the return policy is but if you go on website and read the return policy (which I should have done first) you can see it’s full of bs. I would have never thought a Daschund dog website for merchandise would have such a scam !! Terrible terrible website!!!!

The first time we ordered from this company, things went smoothly and the items arrived timely. The second time was a fiasco. The company sent the wrong size. When I contacted them it took several days for their response and I told them it was time sensitive or I would be leaving on a trip with the dog and needed the harness. They asked for photos to prove which I promptly sent. Another two days for response. They confirmed I was right but they couldn't expedite. Instead I had them ship to the address of the family member's house I was going to. But the company instead mailed to the original address again. I finally got the company to send to the new address but it took two weeks to arrive. NOW I FIND OUT THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZE A SECOND TIME. This company gets their products from China and it seems their customer service people may be based there too.

Wonderful products and customer service. Very good experience. Actually ordered clothing for my Doxie, which was to large, they replaced it free of charge. Highly recommend this company.

Caring customer service

We have two dachshund's we adopted one male and one female. The first halter's we bought were too big and confusing to adjust and too big. We wrote back to doxie.us for help. We explained our predicament to customer service and they were happy to help us. They asked for exact measurements which we provided for each dog. The new harnesses are a perfect fit and very easy to put them one. We love them on the dogs and the dogs don't mind them at all. We couldn't be more pleased with the customer service we received and how well the harnesses fit. Very, very pleased. Thank you so much for your patience with us. I recommend this company for any of your dog needs.:)

I had previously written a negative review of this company but I removed it. They came through with flying colors! They were very persistent to try to make things right which they absolutely did.
I have a very positive opinion of their customer service. Sharif is very kind, polite, and was sincerely trying to correct any problems that I was having.

I ordered the wrong size diapers for my dog and they helped me measure my dog to get the correct size. I will be ordering more stuff from them.

I don't own a dacshund but I petsit one on a regular basis and the one thing he lacks is a raincoat. So I ordered one from this company and it came promptly and seems to be of good quality. I have to wait for the next time I mind the dog to see if it's suitable but at this point it looks good. It was reasonably priced and gave me the price in AUD which was reassuring.
