Do not use Doxo
I used DOXO to pay a medical bill. However, they did not pay the provider I specified; they paid a different provider with a similar name. They made no efforts at all to get my money back from the erroneous payment. I canceled the payment on my credit card and they have now sent me to collections. I used DOXO for ease but dealing with the has been anything but easy. Do not use DOXO.

Disappointing app and the company is a bigger disappointment.
Was given the option to sign up for Plus with my first payment fee waived and then reduced fees.
I signed up and tried to make my first payment and there's a huge fee. Disappointed.

Paid a medical bill online and DOXO charged me a fee to pay my bill and signed me up to an account. Who is DOXO ? This company is stealing money from from sick people hourly.

We are very clear about the delivery date on payments when they are made, we have no desire for anyone to have a late payment, we even ask that you check a box and say you understand the date when making your payment so that you do not have an interruption of service.
