This Doxo is a complete joke. Do not use this service. U used them to pay my mothers power bill to Alabama power. My mom had worked out some kind of payment arrangement with them. I paid the amount they asked for plus an extra $25. On top of that they charged me
$20 processing fee. I paid it on a Sunday morning and noq here it is Wednesday afternoon and my elderly mother is without power now. Called them and had them do a conference call with Alabama power. Pretty much told me and my mother that we SOL.

They font disclosed additional fees prior !!!!
Everything is clear after few payment how much are they adding additional fees-service fees -transfer fees… they call it in so many ways just to add the unnecessary fees to your bill. Even if you have auto pay on with your direct bank account.

In some cases, a small fee may apply for ACH payments, or a variable amount for card payments, to cover the interchange and delivery costs of payments. Fees are always disclosed up front during the payment process and in order to move forward with the payment, you must accept the timing and fees associated with the payment.
doxo also provides a fee FREE payment delivery option to pay any bill: simply link your bank account in your doxo Wallet to activate FREE payments to any of your billers when used as the payment method for your bill. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback! Most payments are credited promptly once delivered, but some billers may process slower. Your Payment Delivery date is always shown prior to submitting your payment, however we understand sometimes the timing is not immediate.
If your biller is not enrolled in our “Fast Delivery” program, let them know they can speed up payments by enrolling directly on doxo’s payment network. Any biller can join doxo for free and benefit from electronic payment delivery with doxoDIRECT. Thanks again for the review!

It looks like the biller you selected is not one of our direct partners, which means we don’t receive their billing information. In these situations, you’ll need to use the statement you received from your biller to enter the correct payment amount.

Sneaky Rip-Off
As I usually pay the invoice online with a credit card, when I received
a "friendly reminder" invoice from DOXO I assumed they were your regular
subscription service.
I received a renewal notice for my Travel & Leisure subscription and paid my bill on my BofA credit card (just as I would have anyway).
Imagine my surprise this month to find that there were 2 "cash advance" charges on my credit card. I have never, ever, made a cash advance.
Not only was I charged $1.59 transaction fee and $0.19 interest, when I researched the DOXO invoice there was an additional $3.99 payment delivery fee by doxo. Why should I have to pay an additional $5.77 for paying by credit card as I have done for years with my T&L subscription?
There was not any mention on the payment page that I should expect any of these extra charges OR that I was signing up for "membership".
Most consumers would not check their credit card for the upcharge of $5.77since it's such a small amount; I would never have checked except
for the cash advance notices on my credit card.
What a sneaky rip-off.
