Absolute outstanding service, we had an emergency after a trip and fall against a radiator that started pouring water out.We were a new customer to them but after speaking to Kimberley we had Jamie on site in forty minutes and the problem was rectified. Positive experience from start to finish
I went to DPB plumbing ‘walk in’ business on Falsgrave Road, Scarborough (which opens early) where I was met by Emma who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Although my request, to install a 45kg radiator wasn’t an emergency, I was updated and Alfie and James arrived later that day to complete the task as their other job had finished a little earlier than expected. Alfie and James were efficient, tidy, professional and again, extremely helpful in answering my queries about the fixings of the radiator. The job was completed quickly and it looks great. The follow up call from Kimberly was again perfectly pitched.
I have zero concerns about highly recommending this company and their staff. Thank you team!

Professional and efficient
Danny came when he said and was very friendly and efficient. He fixed the underfloor heating manifold. I had been told previously that I would need a new one. He seemed very genuine and clearly an expert plumber. His company put some effort into sourcing the relevant part beforehand.
