Been trying to get a hold of them for over a week about my order. No response definitely be wary when ordering. If something goes wrong with an order very little chance of help.

I have made the mistake of ordering from this company twice and each time it has been a nightmare. Ive waited months for orders to arrive and, if they actually arrive, the items have about a 50% chance of being damaged.

I'm currently trying to recover funds they stole from me for an order I placed in February that they never shipped.

Avoid at all costs, they’ve provided a tracking number after me threatening to raise a dispute with my bank as i’ve been waiting over a month for an in stock item to be dispatched. When queried I was met with a copy paste response not answering any of my questions each time I chased at all. A lot of gaming companies use this company as a third party seller. Surely they have to realise that this company is not only damaging their own reputation but the contractors as well?

I have no doubt in my mind that the tracking number is nothing more than a printed label, and that it is just a distraction to wait out the timer until I can no longer raise a chargeback. Will be making my bank aware so they can add this to the dispute case I have raised.

Horrible company that takes consumer’s money then doesn’t deliver. I preordered the DOOM: The Dark Ages collectors edition for $200+ dollars. One of the benefits was being able to play the game two days early before release. On April 30th I received a shipment confirmation email with a tracking #. Supposedly I would have received my package on the 5th of May. Spoiler alert, at the time of this review, when I check the tracking information UPS reports that they have not received my package so they’re unable to provide any additional information. I reached out to the customer service team only to get a less than enthusiastic response stating they’d reach out to UPS, mind you they’ve yet to respond with an update, on top of that the company refuses to honor the early access bonus for preordering the collector’s edition. Bethesda and Dpipromo has yet to address any of these issues nor has there been any significant steps taken on their end to rectify these issues. I’m starting to think that UPS never received the package in the first place.
I write all this to say do NOT preorder anything with Bethesda because they’ve partnered with this scam company that doesn’t care about their client’s customer base.

DO NOT BUY from this company! Take your money, do not dispatch goods and fail to reply to any emails chasing the delivery.

Overpriced Shipping and slow as a snail getting merchandise, Not Pre Order items either. CDPR should have stuck to there Original merchandising company.

poor customer service since partnering with CD ProjektRed Store. Zero response to emails. AVOID.
