DPR handled our party wall issue without a visit or a call
DPR handled our party wall issue with a developper. The matter was straightforward. However, communications with the DPR office was not. The senior partner for party walls twice cancelled a planned appointment to meet and issued the award without having visited our property or spoken to us on the phone or in person. I emailed several times stating I wanted to speak with him to understand the scope of works planned. He stated that since he had visited other properties affected by this development it was not necessary to speak to us. I would not recommend them in light of this.
