Wow what a team!
From minute one I have never been so impressed with a companys customer service
Having never worked with a packing and removal team before I was a bit apprehensive to get one for our move from London to Manchester. It was the best money I have ever spent.
The organisation team were always there answering my emails and telephone calls, nothing ever seemed to be an issue, even changing the completion date three times! (Special mention to Peter, eva and nick for this) - a big thank you!
Nico and his team were absolutely amazing on the day of packing and removals. They worked tiredlessly, always with a smile and never even complained despite the long day! They went over and above, even trying to dismantle a fridge so it fit into a new house.
If you are working out whether to go with this company, look no further- you have found the perfect team to make your day easy and stress free

I hired DP Removals for a move from London to Leeds, I had great communication from Nick leading up to the move and then a great service on the day from Vlad and Jay with punctual arrival and a friendly service with careful and efficient loading and unloading of all of my items. They performed the whole move in one long day and made it all easy and stress free.

Peter and his amazing team were so hard working and thorough from the admin support to the removals/packing teams. The team packed my fragile and heavy goods beautifully throughout the removal/storage process. Items were handled carefully on the initial journey to the storage unit and then all items were handled with care onto a shipping container - just brilliant . Impeccable timing on the 3 occasions/jobs absolutely reliable. I highly recommend DPS to everyone. Thank you Peter and all at DPR.

Very professional movers and they are very details on disassembling/assembling my grand piano. Everything handle with very good care. I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family. 5 stars of course.

The guys were awesome. They came in and were super efficient when we had a lot of stuff. They were really polite and just got on with it. We had so much stuff that they had to do two trips but it didn’t phase them. Everything was carefully handled as well. Would definitely recommend.

Jay, Jordan, Vladimir, Valentin were our movers today. They were superb! Arrived on time. Worked solidly for 9 hours!!! They came with a fantastic attitude and nothing was too much bother. They have made a stressful day almost enjoyable for us. I can’t recommend them more highly. Rachel & Matt

The best removals service you will ever, ever use. We’ve used - and recommended- Direct Professional Removals several times and we’re always so impressed. Always punctual, super patient, very efficient and no job is too big or too small. They’ve dismantled furniture for us, they’ve reassembled furniture for us - extremely delicate furniture which has had other people scratching their heads. Not Direct Professional removals. They really are the best.
