I was very anxious about moving - although I had done it a dozen times, this time with a household full of furniture - Jordan quickly put my mind at ease.

The whole experience was fantastic and I will definitely use again the next time I move and recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service. I used them to pack up my large 2 bedroom apartment while i was in Italy. They moved everything from London to Stratford Upon Avon. A few issues arose which they quickly provided solutions for & video called me a number of times to show progress.

DPR were able to pack our house and move us at very short notice. Nothing was too much trouble and every step of the move was done with good humour and smiles. If I ever have to move house again, I'd want these guys in charge of it! I've already recommended them to friends who are moving soon and I hope they get as much business as possible.

I moved from London to Cambridge and used the packing service. The team were lovely and also very relaxed in the face of my nerves. They bonded with my dog too! I had a great experience. They handled everything professionally. It was a lot better than my last man in a van experience and I’d highly recommend them.

From beginning to end these guys were amazing. We haven’t moved house for 42 years and had lots of stuff. They helped us pack and took the stress out of moving day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I was so impressed by the entire team from Direct Professional Removals. Communications was excellent, the quote was transparent and the guys who came were amazing. The move ended up coinciding with the UK heat wave. I was concerned that the company would cancel, but we just started and hour earlier and the move ended up taking much longer than I thought, because I didn't realize how much stuff I had. The guys were incredible. They worked non-stop for 7 hours in the heat and wouldn't even take a break for food until they were done. They were extremely careful with out things and it all went incredibly smoothly in what were difficult conditions for them.

Peter and his team were great to work with, very organised and professional. I would definitely book them again.

They were very prepared, on time. Very efficient. And did a fantastic job, considering if they were under pressure during the move. They stayed composed, professional and always positive and smiling.

What can I say guys,you were fantastic throughout! I'd had a few removal quotes but was impressed that you followed up on your quote, asking how things were progressing & did I have any questions whereas I never heard back from the other companies.
Nothing was too much trouble, the team were efficient, careful and had a sense of humour even after such a long haul! So pleased, a faultless service, well done , thank you so much.

I was very impressed by the services of DP Removals. Great communication from the start, showed up on time, picked up the furniture/boxes from two different flats and moved it up to a 3rd floor flat effortlessly. They didn’t even take a break! Very friendly and strong team 💪🏽. Highly recommend!

We were recommended Direct Professional Removals by a friend and we are really glad we went with them. Their prices were competitive, and they promptly called us back to provide info/details after inquiring on their form online. The movers were on time (early, actually) and worked super hard, had protective equipment ready to go. They moved everything carefully and made sure that everything was exactly where we wanted it to be in our new flat.
Would 100% recommend them and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

This Direct professional has giving a wrong quote of wrong address, even i sent them the address when i submitted. The customer services do not pay any attention on details when i found quote has some problem. After all, their customer service blame is the customer's fault. This level of C.S is totally make them to miss a deal and a professional image.
