Never got my order i places for a android 18 figpin of august 2019 as a pre order

I've bought from Dragon Eye Gaming a couple of times now and everything has always gone smoothly, I'm sure that I will he a returning customer for a long time.

Well long time ago i bought from them a "SS Vegito AAA anime Exclusive funko pop" and paid thru paypal, payment of 15.00 plus, 4.96 shipping.

I emailed them and told me that they had issues with the box due, they received damaged. After that I made another grievance thru paypal and received an email pleading to close the grievance. I did it, trusting that they will do the right thing, but shame on me for it.... I looked very bad for my sons vegito theme birthday... So bad business,, 0 communication, not reliable not the only one that had the same issue. I have invoice and copy of emails in case they are so awesome and ask for them and at least reimburse me my money back after almost 2 years LoL.

Item description said it was for chase but instead I got the regular. Don’t plan on buying from here again.

Took months to get my order due to shipping issue with distributor. Customer Service did provide feedback, but recommendation is to send updates whenever there is such a huge shipping issue.

Extremely disappointed with the way they handle the shipping. 4 out of 6 pops got damage in the process. Light bubble wrap and only one layer of tape to close the box which was completely loose.

Excellent customer care with getting my Funko pop that had been pushed back due to the pandemic. They let me know why the delay and when it finally shipped. The packaging was top notch.

After 6 months after initially ordering, item was never received. Updates were never voluntarily given, only responses after countless emails.

Took money but never sent anything needed PayPal to step In

My review comes from my personal experience and facts investigated in detail with no slander or defamation intended.
I preordered 2 PX Vegetas (10/2019)on impulse because this was a store with high reviews , using a Shopify webstore, and Entertainment earth distributor. Through my preorder process I investigated a little deeper to find out this business never got their preorders for AAA Vegitos (October 2018) were never fulfilled even well after the release date. I was willing to turn a blind eye and give him another shot, not escalate, communicate and was put at ease (by seller)that these would be fulfilled. Late 2019 rolls around and local comic shops (ent earth distributors as well with similar Volume) got these in. Again understanding a one man business is even a tier below a small business, again reassured this would be fulfilled. Then another failure to fulfill happens with the site putting up a gogeta pin with chase bundle even after telling buyers that they would be ship in a 5 day frame, that never happened, buyers also escalate matters to their hands Dragon eye refunds , and the pins never show up as available and are stuck under the rug. Big red flag, still stayed patient, new year rolls around and retailers like GameStop and even ent earth themselves get this in and I get assured that these would ship Late January. We are now in February and still nothing no notification of shipment or anything eerily similar to the Vegito and Gogeta pin fiasco. I see the writing on the wall and simply cannot recommend the trouble I went through for anyone.

Never pre-order with them again. Paid in July 2019 and still no pops. These commons were available at stores 2-3 months earlier.

Bad communication, got mad because I told him if my product didn’t show up the next week I was gonna contact my CC company for a refund, told me he didn’t like “being threatened” that just proved to me that I wasn’t gonna receive my product and so he refunded me my money. He kept giving me the excuse that he is a one man team processing and packing orders. Doesn’t take weeks to process and pack an item sorry. Will never order an item from this person again. You should hire more helpers of you’re that swamped with orders. Liar. At least I got a full refund which I was even skeptical about.
