I just ordered Hunter guttering from Drainage Online.
I dealt with Andy Wake who I had previously had dealings with and he impressed me which brought me back to this company for more goods again he was very professional and also helpful and friendly.
There was a slight problem with the delivery due not to Drainage Online but the carrier I informed Andy Thursday 19th October he said leave it with him and he would sort it out. The goods arrived today just 2 working days later.
Its rare these days to get good professional service and communication but I'm pleased to say that this is what I got from Andy and Drainage Online.

Andy was very helpful when ordering my item, and explained what I needed and it was delivered when he said it would, so very pleased with the whole experience.

Great customer service, Andy who took our order was very proactive, knowledgeable and fully aware of the product information and the detail we were trying to achieve. He also helped process the order extremely quickly with all the components, making sure we have everything and helped us along the whole way. Now the hoppers and downpipe assembly has been done on site and we are extremely happy with the result.

Excellent customer service from Denise handling the initial enquiry and putting together a quote the same afternoon.
Upon accepting and paying for the consignment of guttering the goods came direct from the manufacturers well within the delivery date quoted.
One bag of fittings were missing and the packaging was tatty to say the least, but as the goods came direct from the manufacturers Drainage Online were not directly to blame. Having flagged the issue up with Denise, sincere apologies on behalf of the Company were forthcoming by email.
The stray vag of fittings arrived the next day.
I was impressed with the way the Company dealt with me, initially on the phone and later by e mail, the problem that occurred was dealt with quickly, politely and without fuss.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Drainage Online.

Ordered 6 facia brackets and once I put my address in (Highlands - Mainland) the charge for shipping was £70.
wont be buying from them that's for sure.

I’d only made a small order but I was contacted by Andy to double check the items that I had ordered as one was not compatible, so that saved me a hell of a lot.

Delivery was a lot sooner than advised which allowed me to get on with my project.

Andy Wake was so helpful and certainly knows his stuff. I know nothing about drains, and after I told him what had happened, he knew exactly what I wanted. It was put in the post and I received it the next day.

Drainageonline.co.uk got straight back to me after reading my comments telling me they were not responsible for the package that was fly tiipped down our lane as it was one of thier supliers couriers and nothing to do with them. I would like to thank them for thier quick responce so I could put the record straight. WELL DONE

Andy Wake has been a great point of contact and gone beyond the call of duty to ensure I could quickly get my materials and carry on my project.

I only received part of my order, I was told the rest was out of stock and would be shipped out when it comes back in stock, it is now 3 months since I placed my order and I’m still waiting, they won’t answer emails or pick up the phone now, I certainly will not use again, very poor customer relations, now I need to try and get my money refunded for the missing items but they won’t answer the phone

Rubbish company to deal with. Bought two lengths of guttering online at £40 a length, charged £16 delivered plus vat then get an email saying there's an additional £50 delivery charge to pay outstanding.

Why wasn't that added at the basket on the website and asked for after....?

And nearly £70 to deliver two lengths of guttering what a JOKE! never using this shambles of a company again, will take my business elsewhere where they aren't put to Rob you!

Andy Wake Drainage Online was great help when I asked for it re renewing 2 sections of cast iron RWP + eared foot in past 2 weeks. As a result I was able to purchase & repair the bottom 2 pipe runs. Star support for an aged part time DIY man.
