I was sent the wrong item in the first instance and it took a lot of tries before the 0800 number was answered. I spoke to Lauren who was very helpful and I have now received the correct order and additionally had an email confirming the item had been dispatched. Very frustrating with the phone situation, but in the end they did fulfil my order.

Lousy service. Ordered items over three weeks ago, still not arrived. No-one answers phone either. Avoid.

Ordered item on Monday then I read the reviews and thought I had made a mistake. However there was no problem and item was delivered on Thursday. It would be a better rating had I received an email acknowledging receipt of the order.

Having read the reviews I nervously placed my order purely because I could not find anywhere else who sold the product.
Delivery: Ordered over the bank holiday so difficult to judge timings exactly, but would say item was dispatched within 2 working days. Unfortunately the delivery driver was given an incorrect address, so the item took a few more days to arrive.
Communication: Agree with previous comments, it is very difficult to speak to someone, but when I did they were very helpful and polite - they also respond to emails.

Disgusting customer service, do not answer telephone, avoid like the plague

Ordered Sunday Thursday still not despatched. Ordered because of promise of quick delivery - phoned and told it will be with me by Tuesday next week - just called (Tuesday) to be told items haven't been picked and they couldn't tell me when they would be - so I asked when will it be picked, today? within a week? to be told no idea they couldn't tell me until its picked yet they took my money 9 days ago!

After reading the reviews on here I was worried the item wouldnt show and i'd never get my money back
Rang them to confirm order and they said of the items was out of stock. Although it didnt say that on the website. They rang me back quickly to confirm stock update later that day and confirmed delivery date. Wasnt as fast as next day despatch like it says on the website but it all arrived in 3 working days and items were of good quality

Placed an order on Friday 15th February and received an invoice with confirmation that my order than been placed. No further updates even though the site promises dispatch on "1000s of products within 24 hours, service and reliability and friendly and efficient staff" (if you're able to get hold of them).

Tried to call - no answer. Tried their contact us - no response. Finally managed to track my order down through Plastics Express (as mentioned further down this thread - same owner/company) and was told that they were out of stock.

You'd think in this day and age an update email or even a phone call would be easy but it seems that keeping customers informed is not on their priority list.

I've now cancelled my order and will take my business elsewhere.
Here's hoping they refund within the 3-5 days they promised.

After reading all the reviews i was really not going to place an order.
However i overcame my fears of trusting the reliability of this company and i am so glad that i did. I placed my order on the 8th feb and it all arrived here today Tues the 12th Feb it was dispatched on Monday straight away and i received today Tuesday.
Everything arrived and i am a very satisfied customer. I will use this company again without hesitation.

We placed an order in November for drainage pipe. There was no correspondence, delivery date issued, no response to emails and 6wks later after numerous emails we are still waiting for missing items that they never despatched nor refunded. we tried calling and emailing.
They are cheaper than the rest coz they don't give you what you pay for. AVOID!!!

Got this delivered today Wednesday after ordering Sat. So actually not as bad as I first moaned about!!

As per every other review. Ordered, paid then nothing. Tried the phone, tried the contact us. Totally and utterly useless. I will open a dispute with PayPal and recommend they do not do business with them again. AVOID at all costs.

Awful. Paid for goods not received. As per other reviews, can't get hold of anyone. Holding a job up, forced to go elsewhere and pay again. Nightmare.

Just noticed that although all reviews are 1 star, trust pilot gives this company 2 stars ? Even the rating system can't be trusted!

Disaster - can't get in touch by phone - they don't deliver what they say, When they say. No response to communication - no phone on confirmation invoice. Had to find and chase holding company gas and water pipelines limited to get anything.

Had foolishly confused with the reviews for Drainage Superstore who looked OK - don't make the same mistake as me.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I have been waiting for two weeks for my order.

Managed to get through once and was told that they would call me back with an update. To date I have not received a call.

Now no-one answers the phone; in fact the answer machine is full so I can't even leave a message!

Simply not acceptable customer service.

If I were you I would steer clear and use one of the other numerous online draining stores.

Go to one of their sister stores (Gas & Water Pipelines) Tel: 01604 379100) - ask for Nigel. He sorted it...

Ordered drainage parts on 13th – Had an e-mail a couple of days later stating that my order had been despatched.
As of yet, nothing has arrived. I e-mailed them twice and have had no reply and today (23rd Oct) I tried to call them 3 times but nobody picks up and am told by an automated voice to try again later before cutting off the call. I had hoped this type of poor customer service had been eradicated, but alas, to my disappointment, it’s still there.
I should have read the reviews on Trustpilot first before placing my trust in such a poor company.
To date, I still have not had my delivery and can’t contact anybody about it either – Complete Shambles

Ordered a 110 x 40mm adaptor on the 9th Oct, sent the wrong size. Was told the correct size would be sent out that day, that was Fri 12th Oct. Still waiting. No response from countless emails. Phone just goes to voicemail.

Avoid this company!!!!

Useless.
Parts missing, promised delivery of missing parts still waiting days later.
Awful customer service.
