Drain Doctor - Coventry Bewertungen

Ciaran at drain doctor was brilliant! He came out on the day that we called to say we had a problem. Ciaran is a really friendly guy and is so knowledgeable about his trade. He really cares about what he does and has a lot of pride in his job.

He unblocked our drain on the day and provided a really good service. I could not recommend Drain Doctor enough, they’ve been brilliant. Thank you!

Professional operators with a real depth of knowledge regarding drainage of all types. Have all equipment required to achieve results.

Great service, came out within a couple of hours of calling on a Sunday……sorted the problem really quickly and efficiently. Friendly and helpful guy 5 star service!

Ceiran came out within an hour of the phone call to Drain Doctor, he found the problem but explained it was a 2 man team needed. He booked us in for the following morning. Arrived when he said. It was a big job but him and Austyn were polite, friendly and worked hard to resolve the issue. They even cleaned up great after which was a big task in itself.

There would only be one thing I could recommend and that's when a customer is told they will get a call 30 minutes before the Drains Doctors arrive please adhere to this. I didn't receive the call and as I have a child will additional needs I couldn't prepare him for there arrival.

But a great service and would highly recommend.

Kieron the Technician was simply SUPERB! nothing was too much trouble for him and after cleaning up the blockage, caused by wet wipes ( we do not use these) in the sewer and all over the garden, he left the place immaculate.
I could have asked for no more.
Awesome Service, great attention to detail, a perfect result for me. The Drain Doctor number is in my phone. Why would you go anywhere else? I wont. Cheers George

Very very helpful and efficient, Kieron was great, he could not be any more to helpful to us and was very honest!

We cannot express our gratitude to the professional staff at drain doctor my elderly parents have carers, that unfortunately put wipes down the toilet from start to end we was treated with expertise, Ciaran who cleared the problem is a credit to the company, he kept me updated and treated my parents like they was his own. I have no words, amazing service and thank you

A fantastic job done by Charlie done in a very professional manner. We had a leak behind a wall which he found and repaired. The price we paid was very fair. I highly recommend this company

Arrived within a couple of hours, gave a quote before starting any work and cleared the drain quickly. Gone within an hour and he was very friendly throughout.

Proper company ,know what's what no fuss no mess job done !!!!

Drain Doctor drainage arrived at my property in 35 minutes from ringing.
An engineer called Austin came and quoted and asked if I decided not too he would leave at no cost.
He worked and eliminated one by one all possibilities finally finding it affected my next door neighbours drainage too.
The blockage finally being the main sewer pipe servicing 12 other bungalows on a slope down to end of road.He said if left my bungalow would eventually be flooded with sewage.
So went about and fixed blockage. He
was at my property for 5 hours and never charged any more than original quote.
I would recommend Austin from Drain Doctors to anyone. 5 out of 5.
Mick Froggett.Coventry.

Worked above and beyond what they needed to.

Absolutely brilliant service from everyone at the company. Problem solved straight away without any fuss or inconvenience to me. Would highly recommend.

The 2 young men who carried out the work were friendly, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They explained things to me so that i knew what they'd done.

Great guys/girls to work with very quick and clean . I have used them lots of times on different jobs for my rentals . Thank you

Fabulous company and fabulous service. We woke up to an overflowing drain - sewage all over the drive - and called Drain Doctor. Jessica couldn’t have been more helpful and was brilliant in arranging things so quickly and in such a friendly manner. We then had Tyrone out to sort it, and he was excellent - professional, friendly, and knowledgable. He gave us a clear quote, sorted the problem efficiently and effectively, then gave us lots of advice for longer term solutions. I’d 100% recommend them.

Company called to let us know when the engineer was on his way. Very friendly service from both the receptionist and the engineer, extremely knowledgable and worked very hard to solve the issue. Would absolutely recommend this company. Friendly, reliable and professional

Found we had an issue, made a call and an employee turned up within half an hour. Problem resolved with constant communication and knowledge. Cannot fault

From the phone call to Jess to the engineer Kieran coming out I’d recommend Drain Doctor 100%. Kieran talked us through everything he needed to do and fixed our problem! Nothing was to much trouble.

Great Service
Kieran was a real professional.
Job was done in good time and to a high standard.
We would have no issue recommending this company as your main supplier for “drain works”.
Many thanks Drain Doctor
