Drain Doctor - Fife Bewertungen

Did what they said they’d do, when they said they’d do it, administration was easy. I’ve taken the number to use again.

Guys turned up when they said they would, were very clear about what they had to do as they had to go and get specific equipment, they came back same day and got everything sorted.

This was an emergency call-out to clear a blocked sewer and the guys completed a very difficult job marvellously!

They were so quick to come and sort the issue

Excellent service. We had a solid obstruction from sand and paint residue (we think) and the team were able to clear it for us which was especially important a few days before Xmas! Professional, tidy and attended our house on the same day as we called promptly. Many thanks! Saved us from having to cut into our concrete floor to access the blockage!

I called to have an outside drain cleared on behalf of my tenants and wow the job was done and dusted within a couple of hours.
Absolutely brilliant thank you

After phoning, within the hour they came and unblocked our toilets. If I had known it was cheaper to pay by cash I would have arranged that.

Prompt response, issue resolved immediately.

Robbie and his mate were extremely professional. Were determined to find the cause and solve the issue with what is an old Victorian drain system from the basements. They successfully completed the job.

Graham and his team completed a drain survey and supplied and fitted a pump in the timescale requested. I'm very pleased the job was done so quickly.

After a leak in the drainage was discovered, we gave Graham a call. The guys came quickly, worked efficiently, and though they couldn't fix it the first time round (due to the block being much worse than expected) they came again with the tools for the job and got it sorted without an issue. Good quick work at a decent price.

My elderly mother’s kitchen was flooded due to a leak under the sink. Drain Doctor came out at short notice and fixed it. I would highly recommend!

Prompt and efficient service. Jordan was very personable, clearly experienced, and dealt with the problem efficiently. Would strongly recommend him/Drain Doctor for anyone else with a blockage!

Professional and polite. They agreed to come out first thing the following morning day as it was a non urgent situation.
Jordan and his teammates attended and sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently with further advice given to us to hopefully stop a future repeat.
Many thanks.

Very quick responding. The guys worked hard and got to the root of the problem - wasn’t straightforward with the pipe/drain set-up. Power jetted the blockage and dislodged years of deposits. We’re a few weeks on now and things working fine.

Quick helpful response from Graham and job was completed within a day of discussing the problem

The prompt response and the no fuss approach to solve the problem as well as to work to help get the air b and b ready for occupancy immediately

Very fast response. Turned up way ahead of time. 🙌🏻
