Drain Doctor - Nottingham Bewertungen

Rung on Friday lunchtime and they came @ 8am the following day. Excellent service and all sorted within 30 minutes. Also explained everything and how to prevent future problems. Highly recommend.

Very efficient very professional and polite

Rang on behalf of my elderly parents 94/98. Toilet completely blocked. Was given a time 12 o’clock. No one turned up , rang the company and they said someone would get back to me. . No one did 5 times I did this ,still no one called back. So I cancelled and tried to find someone else. Then Drain doctor rang back. Bunch of cowboy’s that are prepared to let the elderly go without a working toilet

Everything from the first call to the bill payment process was top class. I called at 8.30am and the tech arrived by 10am. The tech (Rob) was very professional and knowledgable, and resolved our issue quickly and with minimal disruption. 100%.

Someone was able to come out the next day (a Saturday) and the plumbing problem was fixed quickly.

Efficient, helpful and friendly

The team returned to undertake remedial work identified on their previous visit to unblock our drains. They arrived on time and completed the work. Along the way they explained each step and showed me the videos taken before during and after each stage. They cleaned up the site and left a very happy customer. This is an excellent company to do business with use them with confidence you will not be disappointed.

Very pleased with the service, did a great job.

Great experience and friendly! Managed to find where rodents were coming in from. We also found a well we didnt know about. Would recomebd

th whole team was great identified the problem quick and fixed very efficiently and for a good price. Highly recommend

Excellent work. Matt and Ross were so helpful and always punctual. Thanks so much.

We needed a CCTV scan at short notice and the report to be completed very quickly to enable a house move. All members of the team that we dealt with were so helpful (especially Anna on the phone!) and they went out of their way to make it happen. We're really grateful for their professionalism and understanding.

Notified of their arrival time, in advance, both Ross & Matt were punctual. We discussed the job in hand so I would understand the process. They were both friendly, respectful & professional throughout.
A great service, thank you.

From the lovely friendly helpful lady I first spoke to and the equally lovely friendly and excellent plumbers who came to fix out blocked toilet . We could not have had better service . Highly recommend them

Great service, Ross the technician couldn't be more helpful.
Definitely will use again when needed and highly recommend this company.

After being let down by another well known drainage company twice over the weekend, called Drain Doctor and they were able to come out on the same day and managed to unblock our drain and clean up the mess really quickly. Price was good and the recommendations for follow on work were clearly explained.Very happy customer

Contact made less than 10 minutes after I submitted the form. Then engineer called me an hour later & arrived in 5 minutes. Actual job took him about 15 minutes, very friendly & efficient. I would definitely use again

The guy that came to unblock my toilet was very polite and efficient. He even looked at my sink as it was leaking and is sorting me a quote for that. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a plumber. Thank you

Came out quickly, within a couple of hours, to blocked drain, cleared the blockage and put camera down drain and found broken drain, very efficient and professional, at all times. Even though this was on Christmas Eve
