Lovely company, great service and very easy to deal with :)

The driver was excellent, courteous, helpful and carful. The ordering process was easy and the delivery could not have been quicker, I received the order next morning.

Ordered late afternoon and delivery was made early the next morning. You can’t get better than that !

Underground Cable Ducting. I searched online for 54mm 'Y' shaped underground ducting in order to send armoured cable in separate directions for a project in which I was involved.
While browsing, I found Drainfast Limited and noticing on their website that they had the items I required, I ordered two of them.
The following day I rang Drainfast Ltd. as I needed to alter my order and add another item. I spoke to a lady named Lydia Reynolds and asked if my order could be changed. Lydia said that it was no problem and I found her telephone manner to be friendly, very helpful and professional in dealing with my enquiry.
Lydia soon dealt with updating my order, took the payment adjustment and emailed me straightaway to confirm the new details and attached the updated invoice to her email.
I shall be using Drainfast again when I need ducting or drainage items etc. and am happy to recommend them to my friends and work colleagues.

We use Drainfast for all our drainage requirements. They are super efficient, we send them drawings and they do a take off all the drainage materials needed from the drawings and provide a quote within 24 hours. When ordered it is delivered free of charge the next day normally latest about 10 am. Highly recommend Drainfast especially if you require a quick turnaround for all your drainage needs. The staff are also really helpful if you need help with any queries.
