Fantastic experience with Draker’s Lettings team in Sloane Square, London. I worked with Luke Anderson on finding a good flat/studio in Chelsea/South Kensington. Luke was incredibly kind, polite and helpful. He really understood my needs and criteria, didn’t make me feel like a number (like with many other agencies). UPDATE IN AUGUST 2024: I had left a glowing review of our experience with William finding a last-minute rental in Kensington. Then, we moved out in June 2024. It is now August and our deposit has not been returned, though it's been promised many times. It has taken near-daily prodding of William, Oli, and Ella to get any response at all, though it seems no action has been taken. We were rushed through the deposit process, emphasizing that it was imperative that our funds were transferred in a timely fashion before move-in, but the same consideration has not been returned. We've been waiting for thousands of pounds for months.

I was assisted by Menorah from Draker Lettings a day after I submitted an interest in a property.
Since then, until the rental contracts were signed he's been an absolute pleasure to work with. I felt my expectations were respected and they did their best to get me the best offer. The communication was quick and it helped me feel relaxed as I was updated every step of the way. I will be coming back to Draker if I need any help related to renting in London.
