Great company to deal with - very responsive and really competitive prices for high quality products. Also really flexible about storing products until we need them. Can’t wait to receive our first delivery in a few months time!

We were after a new Duravit loo with the same or very close dimensions to the Duravit one we were replacing. We approached Drawabath and spoke to Royden and he was so very helpful. He sent us links to some suitable ones, we chose one of them and job done! It arrived quickly and very well packaged. Would definitely recommend them and return for another purchase.

Incredibly helpful staff to talk to about my order. They contacted the suppliers to make sure I would get my products when needed and called back to confirm and reassure before i ordered.

Very helpful in helping me decide which product to buy. After our conversation I entered an online order and received a call immediately questioning my order (my fault) and advising me to change my selection. They sorted out my now 2 orders immediately and without fuss.

I've rung twice with queries prior to placing an order and Chris was incredibly helpful on both occasions, even contacting the manufacturers to clarify a couple of points.
Also the price offered was better than any other Matki stockists I could find so I'm very happy on all counts.

Competitive prices. Telephone call from company to advise when my product would arrive at their depot and expected delivery date at home address. Product actually arrive earlier than advised.

Got my bath from here and it was the best price I could find saving £100-200. Customer service is good too, with quick responses.

Communications were quick and very helpful. It's just a shame that we had to cancel our order as my wife changed her mind about the bath and had ordered another one elsewhere. I wouldn't hesitate to consider them again as their customer service was second to none.
