Dr. Can Zeliha preformed my Gynecomastia surgery in February 2025, she listened to me and the results I wanted, she was honest the whole way through the consultation and explained the process. I am very happy with my results and Dr. Can Zeliha has been in regular contact for check ups and pictures to see the results and recovery. My experience with Dr. Can Zeliha was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I went into the surgery hoping to achieve a specific look based on the pictures I provided, but the outcome was far from what was promised. Despite showing Dr. Zeliha 15 reference photos of the results I wanted, she made the decision to place smaller breast implants without consulting or informing me.

Before the surgery, she assured me that the size I desired would be possible. However, under general anesthesia, she changed the implant size to something much smaller than I agreed to, without my consent. After the procedure, during a video call, she told me that I could get larger implants after one year. This was a complete lie—she never mentioned this possibility before the surgery, and if I had known that I couldn’t get the larger implants I wanted, I would have chosen a different surgeon. Her failure to inform me of these limitations beforehand feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead me.

When I requested a revision surgery to correct the size, I was shocked to find out they charged me double the price compared to the initial cost. This was incredibly frustrating, as I believed that a revision should have been offered at a discounted rate or even free of charge, given that the original mistake was on their part. Instead, I was left with implants that only gave me a push-up effect, and I could even fit into my old push-up bras. It feels like I was misled and my concerns were completely ignored.

I informed Dr. Zeliha’s office that I was not satisfied with the results and requested a full refund, but they refused to offer any reasonable solution. As a result, I have decided to take legal action. I will be hiring a solicitor in Turkey to pursue a court case, as I feel this situation needs to be addressed professionally and fairly.

I have also reported Dr. Zeliha to the relevant medical institutions, and I encourage others to proceed with caution. I hope my experience serves as a warning so that no other woman faces the same disappointment and frustration.

My experience with Dr. Can was amazing! She is very sweet And honest about expectations. And she’s very hands on to her patients and tell me to directly send her a message if anything comes up of I have any questions which is amazing also I for sure thought I will be crawling in pain after the surgery but her technique was amazing. Pain was 2.5/10 yet I had great result and I cannot wait till I get the full result as my body still heals. Thankyou Dr. Can!🫶🏽 also thankyou to Daria who arrange everything for me. My time with Dr Can was a positive journey from start to finish. I flew to istanbul on November 14th had my breast reduction on 16th. All test done on 15th stayed till 24th. Had no pain was up and about same night and back to hotel next day all very professional lovely young lady also has a great team behind her too. I will be back 😊🙏🏻🇹🇷🧿

I had gotten a rhinoplasty done a year ago. It took me a while to find the right place and doctor but once I found Op. Dr. Can Zeliha GÜL, I knew I was in safe hands. She did a great job on my nose and did exactly what I asked for. Not only did she give me an amazing rhinoplasty, she also made me feel very welcome and safe in her clinic. The overall experience I had was amazing.

I had my Arm Lipo, 360 Lipo + BBL handled by Dr. Can last month. I can say that it was fantastic experience. My body is still in the process of healing but I’m already loving the result. Dr. Can is an amazing doctor. Her work is superb! She explained to me step by step before the operation and keeps on checking on me (especially my health) after the operation. So, I would highly recommend Dr. Can to those who have thought about losing the extra fat and have an amazing result. And if I’ll do another surgery in the future, she’s the only one I can trust.

I had Rhinoplasty with Dr. Can Zeliha Gul in 2020. I had researched many clinics over the years and am so happy with the choice I made. I was very nervous coming from London on my own but everyone was so welcoming and made me feel at ease.

The hotel stay was brilliant, and 5 minutes from the Clinic. I also had 24hour support if I had any questions during my stay after the procedure.

My new nose is better than what I imagined, I’ve gained so much confidence and am so happy with the results. My nose healed very quickly and the procedure was very straightforward. Dr. Can was amazing, she knew exactly what results I wanted to achieve! Can’t thank her enough.

The best decision I've ever made ! I was so insecure about my legs so I decided to go for a calf implant surgery, I did some research and found this most AMAZING , BEAUTIFUL and TALANTED person ever ! DR. CAN ZELIHA GÜL who made my dream come true and gave me so much confidence . When I arrived to Turkey I was picked by them and taken to the hospital for a blood test then I was taken to the hotel given by the hospital and the hotel was amazing . The next morning I was taken to the hospital and i had my surgery. The staff was so kind so nice , I remember I had some mild cramps in my leg after the surgery at night and I was crying and the nurse literally wiped my tears away with her bare hands and gave me some pain killers. I felt like I'm in home not in a hospital . Everyone was so kind that I just forgot the nervousness i was having. They also gave me a girl who was always with me and helped translate everything her name is Danjara she's such a sweet person and helped me alot ! The results of my surgery are Amazing and so natural my legs are so much in shape now and I've so much more confidence now . All credit goes to this Amazing person I met Dr.CAN ZELIHA GÜL .

When I decided to go ahead with my surgery I did some research around different clinics. I was approached by many different clinics. When I was contacted by whatclinic by Belma, Dr can zelia gul representative, I could feel the difference between all the clinics straight away. They did not just message me they called me and talked me through everything from the procedure to the make of my implants. I was then sent pictures of Dr Can Zeliha Guls work, which was just amazing and I knew there and then this was to be my surgeon and my clinic.
On arrival I was picked up at the airport and taken to the clinic, blood tests taken to ensure everything was fine ready for surgery. I was then taken to the hotel provided by the clinic which may I say was excellent. This clinic really knows how to make people feel comfortable with their decision, they have made. In the morning I was picked up again to go to the clinic, this is where I met the wonderful and talented Dr Can zehila Gul. She made me feel at ease talked to me about what I wanted, what my dream was and marked me up for surgery. Dr Can Is an amazing surgeon, my breast enlargement was everything I wanted it to be from start to finish. I felt in good hands all the way through. I did not experience much pain as the after care from Dr Can Zelihas team also amazing.DR can, even came to check on me after my surgery. I was also booked in for after care.
I have been told by many people, including friends and family that my breasts are the most natural they have ever seen. I loved my experience! The doctor and the nurses were all very kind and attentive. The process was quick and easy. I explained what I wanted and the doctor exceeded my expectations! In less than one week, I was ready to go out like nothing happened! I was nervous to get my rhinoplasty done but it turned out wonderful!
