DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT A LOAD OF HASSLE
I bought this this vacuum after extensive research. I have had this this 3 weeks and has had to be returned after loads of issues.Wont charge beyond 30% and stops mid cycle.Wont discharge or collect dust into the bag in the base- I had to carry it back to the base. Numerous conversations and email exchanges with Dreame Customer Service. After much hassle with UPS returning my vacuum with a promise of a replacement, all that has happened is my original faulty vacuum has been returned - damaged packaging and soaking wet. Not Great. Bitterly regret buying this.

I am highly disappointed with the Dreame L40 Ultra AE. The robot simply does not clean properly, consistently leaving behind dirt and debris on both my carpets and hard floors. Even worse It has a mind of its own and constantly starts cleaning or moving around when I haven't asked it to do anything.For a premium vacuum the random behavior and poor cleaning performance are completely unacceptable.

Good product, poor customer service. I placed the order on Friday and paid for next-day delivery, but received it on Tuesday. I emailed them, and they replied a month later, claiming there was a business holiday, which clearly wasn’t the case. If you need next-day delivery for any reason, don’t rely on them.

Absolutely useless purchased a £1,400 Robo Vac and now I am asking how I am suppose to hook up it up to auto refill water and remove waste as advertised on their site and I am just getting no where, they cannot even tell me what part I need to order.

It was a big reason to why I purchased the product.

I purchased a Z20 Vacuum from Dreamestore.co.uk. The build quality is very poor! The latches that connect different attachments don’t hold and snap open. But more importantly the actual vacuum unit has come apart where the plastic is connected and falling apart. This was day two that I had the vacuum. More frustrating is when I contacted after sales they were very unhelpful. I wanted a replacement but the processed it as a refund so I was waiting for a new one for some time. Also they wanted all of the attachments dismantling and sending back, they wouldn’t just replace the broken vacuum unit. Trying to repackage it was a nightmare. The base unit it sits on once it’s been assembled it can’t be dismantled unless you break it to fit it back in the box it came in. You need a degree in tessellation!!
