REFURBISHMENT DONE TO PERFECTION

I can’t thank Dream Housing enough for the incredible work they’ve done on my new home. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and genuinely cared about getting everything just right.

They completely refurbished both my kitchen and bathroom, and the transformation is amazing. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and they paid attention to every detail nothing felt rushed or overlooked. They also decorated the entire property before I moved in, which made such a difference. Walking into a fresh, beautifully finished home took away so much stress and made the whole moving experience exciting rather than overwhelming.

Communication was excellent throughout, and they always kept me updated on progress. It’s clear they take real pride in what they do, and it shows in the final result.

I would highly recommend Dream Housing to anyone looking for a trustworthy and high-quality team. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

Scary people and shocking work

The work these people did on our bathroom is absolutely shocking. We have found more and more problems as time has gone on. On top of all of this the plasterer they brought in was completely drunk and they walked out on the job after threatening me to hand over 2000 pounds despite them not finishing. I would be happy to talk to anybody thinking of giving them work and showing them what they have done here. Chris the man is very threatening- despite looking professional in the first instance. These people are awful and scary. Stay away.

Thank you for your review. We take feedback seriously; however, we strongly dispute the claims made.

This matter relates to a project from over a year ago. The works were carried out in accordance with agreed stage payments. When the next stage payment became due, it was not paid. As is standard practice within the industry, we do not continue works without payment for completed stages. As a result, work was paused and our team left site accordingly. Had payment been made as agreed at the time, we would have continued and completed the project.

We categorically deny the allegations of threatening behaviour, misconduct, or any unprofessional conduct. These claims are entirely false and are not supported by any evidence. We hold clear records of communication and project progress which support our position.

We take our reputation extremely seriously. Posting false and damaging statements, particularly after a significant period of time, may constitute defamation, and we reserve the right to take further action if necessary.

We remain willing to address any genuine concerns in a professional and constructive manner.

Bathroom and kitchen

Had a bathroom refurbished and kitchen painted. The work was completed on schedule to a high standard and my house was left spotless. All for a fair price with friendly service. Would use again and recommend to anybody.

Amazing

Dream Housing were absolutely amazing. We had our 1 bedroom flat refurbishment done by them in preparation for rental. True to their name, they really helped us realise our dream finish. They were really flexible and compassionate in helping us pick and choose what materials we supplied to help keep costs low, and provided the labour at extremely reasonable prices. The work was undertaken with great care and attention, and the finish was flawless. No job was too small or big, or out of their capabilities. They were also the cleanest builders I have ever come across, keeping the flat extremely clean throughout the work. Cannot thank them enough for helping us get everything done. They made such a good impression that we will even be using them for the management and maintenance of our flat once rented which is another service they offer. Overall a truly great firm, cannot recommend highly enough.

Bathroom refurb

Was very pleased with the work carried out. Very prompt in responding and helpful throughout. Was looking to get a leak repaired in my bathroom but ended up doing a full refurb at a very good price. Would definitely recommend.
