Employee Monitoring and Shift Management for Remote Teams
We have been using DreamHR Ai for about 2 months now with around 50 to 80 remote team members.
The real time monitoring has been really useful. Before we had to ask team leads for updates but now we can quickly see who is working during shift hours.
One feature I like a lot is shift based control. We blocked Facebook for our support department during working hours and it worked exactly how we wanted. Different departments can have different rules which is very helpful.
Attendance and active time reports are accurate enough for our daily management. Employees can also see their own reports so there were not many complaints after we introduced it.
The initial setup took a bit of time because we needed to adjust the idle time settings for our workflow but their support team helped us through it.
We are still not using every feature yet but even with attendance monitoring productivity reports and application control it has already made managing our remote team much easier.
