Tried reaching support during what must have been peak hours. Took about 20 minutes to get a response. When I contacted them again a few days later it was instant. I can live with occasional delays.

There's no mobile app, just the site. The browser version is clunky and keeps on weirdly zooming. It would be a lot easier to have a real app, but they don't have one.
Requested a withdrawal of 220 euros expecting it to be instant based on the site description. Took a full day to hit my account. Not terrible, still arrived safely. Maybe instant only applies to certain payment methods or account levels.
Requested a cashout on a Wednesday evening and expected it instantly based on what I read. It actually arrived Thursday afternoon, so roughly 20 hours. Not instant but still pretty fast for an online casino. I can live with that timing.
The website is impossible to use in mobile. The buttons are tiny, the games lag, and the layout is always broken. There is also no app so we are stuck using the browser version. I use my phone to play a lot so it is very frustrating.
