I highly suspect this company drop ships after receiving my headphone band. Absolutely not worth the price I paid. And I can get the exact same ones on SHEIN, AliExpress and Temu.

I purchased slippers a few months ago. They did not fit. I was given an address in Chins to return the goods to. I shipped them off by Australia post. Goods arrived in China where they have sat in customs for months.
The slippers plus return postage cost is $159.98.
I am getting no support from their customer service. I feel like I have been scammed.
I WILL NEVER USE DREAMSLEEP AUSTRALIA AGAIN. I WOULD STRONGELY SUGGEST NOONE ELSE TRUSTS THEM.
I am an aged pensioner on a fixed income. I do not have money to waste. I feel like I am not going to see a refund. Not sure what condition 2 pair of slippers will be after sitting in customs for months. to get refund they need to be in pristine condition. So upsetting when you have been scammed.

Scam site. The new sleep pro masks do not work at all. I have requested a refund and they just keep asking for videos and extra information and then say they will “address it” but never do.

Absolutely relentless Drop shopping scam fraudulent site Norton Antivirs did not detect. (RTS) Returned sender I did not open it, when Returned they returned another back saying to forward my details in an email to forward it back on. I asked them as there's no number in Afterpay "return my money immediately your are a drop shipping fraudulent website and sent a duplicate with it in the 1 transaction = 2 transactions of now 4 pillows and 2 pair of orthopaedic Cloud shoes. I caught on fast with this scam but they sent it anyway. They act so sent and nice. Its been the most stressful scam I've enoucountered. I have a father not well and this doesn't help. It is the most cruel scam please just do not buy I have my second I haven't picked up for the collection. All I've been doing is fighting Afterpay no help there they are still taking money out of the first 2 and 3rd package. Yes there's a 3rd 📦 package. So I'm not sure it's probably a duplicate as well. Dangerous for you health they do not care they want to make your life miserable play stupid don't write to them. There's no refund only the Returned packages and there a $60.00 fee to return but I never touched it opened it and it's been going on for 3 an 1/2 months they put the same date in sending, there's no number via Afterpay to contact them. Afterpay have not protected me or properly hear me they'll go around and around so I have now $260 x 3 = $780 THEY WANT ME TO PAY. Honestly wish Accurrent Affair would find this ghost shop. 👻 Do not contact them go straight TO ACCC, THE BANK, ID, SCAM WATCH ECT. Don't contact them they don't care, follow the procedure do not pay them they'll keep sending to you 💯. Watch heaps of government scam YouTube video educate your self. I would love to see who is causing me this miserable low life scam. So do not buy I'm not half way there to resolving it bit if you are in with a good bank you'll be ok. Do not buy. This company seems to rebrand itself and still offer products that it does not supply. After one year of waiting for a blanket from The Calming Company, with numerous responses saying shipping delays, final email was not delivered due to account no longer in existence.
Now we see the exact product offered and website construction as this company with a different business name attached.
Warning to all potential buyers that they still have not provided the blanket or refunded any money in one year of attempted questioning.
Do not expect anything from this company!

Randomly stopped working within a year of purchase. When i contacted the company, their response was "we regret to inform you that we cannot accept the return as it falls outside the applicable 30-day return period".

Terrible product and company. I would not recommend.

A horror experience. A ghost company, obviously from China.
I ordered 2x 95% down standard pillows for $190 +. Reviews were unbelievable!!! Absolutely incredible pillows, I am buying another 2 etc etc….all lies! So because I am an old person, I believed all the comments.
The pillows eventually arrived! The packaging was damaged a one of the pillows had a number of rips, that’s how I realised the fill in the pillows wasn’t a down but horrible plastic fibres. So I bought 2 plastic pillows for $190!!
To return the items was impossible as I was told I need to return it to China.
So. NO STARS!!!
DREAMSLEEP are fraudsters! Disgusting!
I was distraught even by the fact that their “Sydney” address was also fake and didn’t exist.
Once again, NO stars.

Terrible service. Purchased a king bed sheet set and the fitted sheet was about twice the size of a king mattress (whoever sewed it was obviously not paying attention to any measurements!!). Upon emailing the team letting them know of the error, they said 'sorry for the disappointment but our policy says an additional $25 will be required to cover their costs"!!!!
They wanted to charge me to cover the costs for their mistake to send me the correct size. That isn't good practie at all. Do not recommend.

They do not deliver on their promise. I have waited for more than 1 week and no update on delivery.

No response to emails and no phone number to contact.

Once my fleece leggings finally arrived, they were the wrong size. I may have inadvertantly ordered wrong. When i inspected the product, i have to say i thought they were very nice. I arranged with dreamsleep to get another 2 pairs in the right size. Unfortunately i had to pay a $50 picking fee. But, the new pairs arrived and i have to say I love them. They are warm and look really good on, have been washed several times with no issue. So, all in all, long delivery time as from China but, i love the 2 sets i bought.

If I could give zero points I would. Overpriced sleep earphones have a disturbing crackle in them. So bad that they can’t be used. To get a refund, they ask for a video. How am I going to do that? They never responded to that question. PayPal has been useless too as they could not find that the product was “misrepresented”. Hello? Lots of poor reviews on this company online that I unfortunately didn’t see (lesson learned). Do not buy from them! They seem to buy cheap from Temu and overprice their products. Shame on them to steal from hard working people!

NOT an Australian company. Cheap, inferior quality rubbish that is shipped direct from China. I paid $81 for a pillow which is made of cheap rubbish and smells of chemicals. Unfortunately I read all the negative reviews after I placed the order - I emailed them and submitted a form via their website within an hour of placing the order asking them to cancel it and refund my money. They did not respond for over 24 hours and then said it had already shipped so they could not cancel it. I replied that I contacted them to cancel BEFORE it shipped, and I asked 3 times for an address in Australia to return it to, which they ignored as they are in China. I raised a dispute with Paypal but they found in the sellers favour as it was shipped and they provided a tracking number. Money down the drain - AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!!

As close to a scam as they come, yes you receive a product, although the product is complete garbage, can't charge it, speakers are more uncomfortable then earplugs and the strap was itchy. Terrible company.

If i could give Dreamsleep Australia no stars or negative stars I would. This company is a scam. It is all from China. No part of this company is Australian. As soon as you order a Chinese company sends delivery details. Purchases then take weeks to arrive. I ordered pillows, they were absolute rubbish, nothing like advertised. They were meant to be fluffy hotel style pillows.with duck feathers but flat pancake lumpy synthetic pillows arrived weeks later. I asked for a refund, the emails I received were just smart ass replies mocking me and wasting my time. After I emails of asking for a return address they finally replied with an address without the country on it that was made up. It was Chinese but they didn't even put China in the text. Australia Post said it was rubbish and a scam. Lucky I paid with Afterpay and used Shop because I placed the order in dispute in both Afterpay and Shop stating it was false advertising and they should do more research on who they approve to use their services because I only purchased the pillows because Shop advertised them coming from an Australian Owned & Operated and I trusted them based only on their recommendation. I won the dispute and received a full refund because Dreamsleep didnt respond to Afterpay or Shop in the required timeframe. This wasnt a shock because they are just a scam. They claim they operate from Sydney so I said send the Sydney address to return the pillow and they would not provide the information. They have no phone number or Sydney address. I wouldnt even let a dog have the pillows they supplied. Im surprised I received anything tbh. I doubt anyone would get a refund if afterpay wasnt used and I was lucky enough to have no payment upfront for two weeks so it didn't effect me. Hopefully Shop stops advertising them and Afterpay closes their account with them. Huge scam. The emails I received back from Dreamsleep were so rude and unprofessional. They were basically laughing and being sarcastic smart asses.

Their customer service is very unhelpful and appears to be completley disgenuine.
I cannot comment on the item ordered (Dream Sleep band) as it was never received. We have repeatedly asked for them to look into this. We did receive an item, some sort of leg pad for sleeping.
They asked us to send video of item.
Then they asked we open packet and send Photos. Then they said it was not an item they sell.
So again we quoted order number and their tracking number and more photos of same and they said it too late, a month out of time. They cannot or will not return money paid for the Order they have not supplied. They cannot explain anything. All responses received are AI generated for sure.

Do not buy from this website. Product was not as advertised (wrong colour and bad quality), and company does not disclose this but they do not provide an Australian address for returns and expect the customer to pay for international shipping.

I ordered 2 pairs of fleece tights at 50% percent off. 2 weeks later I had not received anything and the tracking said it was still waiting to be picked up by the carrier. I requested an update, they sent me what seemed like a genuine email apologising and saying they would chase it up. 3 days later, they emailed again saying it was back on track and I should receive in the next week or two. After another 2 weeks, still no package and no update on tracking. I contacted them again, this time asking for evidence the shipping company (Yanwen) had received the package, or resend with traceable shipping, or a refund. They responded with a standard response stating their 7-14 day delivery timeframe and not addressing any of my concerns. Having been over a month, I requested a refund and never heard back. I contacted by bank to initiate a dispute and chargeback and was informed they tried to charge my card an additional 2 times and a 3rd $30 charge which thankfully didn't go through. THE WEBSITE LOOKS LEGIT BUT THEY ARE NOT.

They are obviously a very dodgy drop shipping company or based in CHINA NOT AUSTRALIA.

Sent me tracking from China which shows no trackkng at all. Emailed to complain and got no direct answers but led on. Then received tracking from a totally different company which when opened does not work or show any tracking history or information. Reported to my bank and they said Dreamsleep is well known to be a scam and that they indeed record your bank and personal details to rip you off. Told by them they won't refund. No star at all rating.

Terrible product quality for price. Basically crap from temu at a premium price point. Do not purchase from this site. Their refund policy says satisfaction guarantee but then in fine print only if in original packaging not opened. How are you supposed to know product is unsatisfactory if you Dont open it!
