I had a wonderful experience and the staff were so lovely and helpful, I found the perfect dress!

Gorgeous shop and amazing staff!I came back in 2024 for my year 11 prom, i had a dress in mind and was hoping i would find the right one. I did eventually find one that i adored and i took it up to try on, when i did the staff were lovely and supportive saying how much i suit it and hyping me up which made me feel alot better about it! After a while i seemed to realise i didn’t like it as much as i thought and expressed how i felt. The staff were still lovely about this and understood it must’ve not been the one for me, they went back downstairs and picked out a few that they thought id love and when she came back i found my dream dress in which i had imagined in my head, they were all so happy that i eventually found one because they noticed that i started too loose hope and were saying how nice it was and how much i suited it. I appreciate this from the staff as i suffer a lot with my self esteem and they boosted my confidence a lot when there! It was a lovely expreience and the shop was gorgeous and girly for everyone! The last thing i wanted to say is there’s a lovely selection of dresses which are all AMAZING! Everyone said how happy i looked when i found my dress and i really did feel it, i got lots of compliments from the staff and people around which made me feel so much better!

Amazing girls in the store, all so supportive and helpful. It’s amazing that you can try on as many as you’d like too, as it gives scope to try on a few styles and colours to find your perfect dress.

What an absolutely wonderful experience for my daughter, her Nan and myself in helping my daughter find the dress of her dreams for her prom .
From walking in the shop til leaving the whole experience was amazing.
All the staff were really lovely and so helpful and nothing was too much trouble . My daughter tried on so many dresses for colour and styles and each time we changed dress - it was all just part of the service and the staff were more than happy to assist.
The layout is great , all colour coordinated, and spaced out .
The upstairs dressing rooms are fab too. Highly recommend this store .

I love the dress studio and every time I’ve been has been one of the best experiences ever! The staff are so lovely and welcoming and didn’t mind my constant mind changing even though I went back to the first dress I tried on and they helped me find my absolutely dream pageant dress 🫶

Lovley girls helped my daughter pick her dream dress

Amazing from start to finish.. I’d hear how good the dress studio was but it was beyond that.. so organised and friendly they made my daughter feel like a million dollars.. the young ladies working there are an absolute credit!
The dress my daughter picked was so beautiful we were asked so may times where it was from.. can’t thank this shop and the lovely people working there enough!
