Everything was very good from start to finish. I felt listened to, supported, and very well cared for throughout my visit.

It’s so important that women talk more openly about how menopause affects us, and I really appreciated the understanding and focus on women’s health and wellbeing.

I had the PRP O-shot and Labia Majora augmentation with Neauvia Intense Rose, and I’m also using the Intense Rose gel. The experience was comfortable, clearly explained, and carried out with great care. I felt reassured and genuinely looked after at every stage.

Dr Farzana is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about women’s intimate health. Throughout my visits she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.
Dr Farzana explained the procedures (PRP and Nrose radio frequency for Lichen Sclerosis) and ensured I was happy to proceed. During the treatments she would continuously monitor any discomfort that I might be experiencing. Safe to say, there was very little discomfort.

Review of the O Shot, PRP treatment to treat vaginal dryness post cancer treatment.
Four years ago, I was a happy newlywed, enjoying life and my dream job I had worked hard to secure. My life was turned upside down when I was diagnosed with breast cancer.
A small tumour, 1 cm, stage 2, no evidence it had spread through my lymph glands, however post-surgery pathology found my tumour was the dreaded triple negative. Likely to return in the first five years. Which changed the treatment plan to include chemotherapy.
Several potential side effects of chemo were explained to me, I had hair loss from my head, eyebrows, eye lashes, and entire body. I looked like an alien. Blisters in my mouth, loss of finger and toenails, the veins in my lower chemo arms collapsed and have never recovered, this arm now appears disfigured. One side effect was mentioned briefly “vaginal dryness.” At the time it was the last thing on my mind, I gave it no more thought, much bigger problems to face.
As a preventative measure I has prescribed Letrozole, which blocks your body’s ability to absorb oestrogen, although my tumour was not oestrogen driven it could help prevent further tumours. It also brings symptoms of the menopause including further vaginal changes.
It is fair to say that I do not have the same relationship with my body.
I have survived four years, lost the dream job, and revalued my career, regrew my hair, and started to dare to look the future not the present. My husband has been patient and my rock, it was time to try to overcome one of the negative effects of treatment, painful vaginal dryness and get that part of our life back.
After a fair amount of research I found PRP treatment, also known as the O Shot, and a clinic in Harrogate where Dr Khan provided the treatment. Nervously I contacted her and found in my consultation I was put at complete ease. As well as aesthetics she has a background in gynaecology and understood the effects of chemo and Letrozole can have on your body.
On the day of the treatment Dr Khan again put me at ease, reassured me, answered fully all questions I had. The procedure itself sounds a little scary, but I can assure you it uncomfortable but not painful and was tailored to my individual needs.
The treatment is regenerative and after a few weeks there is a noticeable difference, sex is still a little uncomfortable but no longer painful for the first time in years.
Ladies do not suffer in silence, vaginal dryness is hardly mentioned during your cancer battles, like it is a taboo subject, PRP is a natural and effective treatment, we cancer warriors deserve to live our lives to the full.

I had my PRP training today and it was amazing. I learnt so much due to the nature of the training which wad mostly hands on! Models were provided for us which took stress away and Dr Khan was easing and encouraging with all of us. I cannot recommend more!

I suffer with Lichen Sclerosus and was very desperately seeking relief from sorness, splitting skin and uncomfortable sex.

When I first meeting DR Khan she was very professional and very considerate of my condition, she talked me through the procedure and explained everything that would happen. I felt she really cared and wanted to help me.

I received the Juliet laser and PRP treatment from Dr Khan, the procedure was a little painful but the results where amazing, over time the skin has improved more and my Lichen Sclerosus has improved by about 90%. I am so happy with the results and if anyone is thinking of getting the procedure, go for it.

I recently had intimate filler treatment with Dr Farzana and felt i need to write this review in the hope of encouraging other women, particularly from the asian community, to reach out and seek advice on treatments available in relation to women’s health matters. Understandably, this can be a sensitive and taboo subject, however I found Dr Khan listened to my concerns and insecurities and with her immense knowledge advised me of the appropriate treatment.

Throughout the consultation and treatment, it was evident how passionate she is about her work and she was extremely reassuring throughout the whole process and I can honestly say she has made me look and feel like a teenager again!

Having suffered with Lichen sclerosis for around three yrs and been struggling with ulcers i was looking for other treatments other than what I had been prescribed from my GP and came across Dr Farzana who specialises in women's intimate health. After a consultation Dr Farzana put me at ease and we agreed on a rejuvenating treatment prp which I had seen before used to treat lichen sclerosis combined with laser. The treatment was virtually pain free she was exceptionally professional and very knowledgeable. After three treatments I can say the skin in the vulva feels and looks much better I know there is no cure for Lichen Sclerosis but my aim is to try an slow the condition down. After struggling to find help and not been monitored on a regular basis it was a breath of fresh air coming across Dr Farzana having completed this treatment I would highly recommend her services

I had the Nrose protocol which is a radio frequency treatment in combination with Hyaluronic filler to improve vaginal hydration and vulval appearance. This involves the use of a warm hand piece which is inserted into the vagina to improve hydration. This was not a painful experience. Then Hyaluronic Acid was injected to plump up and enhance the appearance of the vagina with minimal discomfort. I am very pleased with the results of this combined treatment which has achieved the desired results. It is not a very long procedure and I would certainly recommend this treatment. I am now using the intimate rejuvenation gel on a daily basis to support the results of the treatment.
