Eher traurig das wenn man sich einen Account für ein Spiel holt, oft mal einen Link als "Key" bekommt wo man auf eine externe Seite weiter geleitet wird und dort bis zu 24 Stunden warten muss bis man seine Sachen bekommt... Nächstes mal wieder auf Kinguin oder G2A

Ich wollte ein Key für Stream kaufen
Ich wollte das Spiel für Steam haben und habe es bestellt. Erst nach dem bezahlen als ich den Schlüssel für Steam nicht bekommen habe, sondern einen User namen und Passwort für einen neuen Steam Account. Da dacht ich mir was ist den das. Das ist für mich eine neue Art Handel mit Spielen die ich nicht kenne. Also habe ich sofort zurückgeschrieben das ich stornieren will (ich hätte dann das gleich Spiel mit einem Steam Key gekauft.
Es kamm eine Antwort das es nicht möglich ist da ich diesen für mich erstellten Account mit anderen teilen könnte. Das aber entspricht nicht der Wahrheit. Ich habe weder den Usernamen noch das passwort geändert also könten die verkäufer jeder Zeit es selbst ändern. Somit habe ich für nichts bezahlt. Und die wollen das Geld nach 3 min. nicht zurückzahlen. Erstes und letztes mal das ich hier was kaufe.

This is not a CD key, instead, you will receive a link providing access credentials to a new account where the game is already activated. This information is explicitly mentioned on the product page and in the title of the product.
A preloaded Steam account is a Steam account that has a game already purchased and installed on it. This is often sold as a way to access games more cheaply. Please note, we advice our customers to change the email ID and password of the purchased Steam account as the first thing for security purposes. Request you to change the same to avoid any issues.
Since you have double checked the account purchased and revealed the details, we are unable to process a refund.

Ich habe am 05.01. einen Key für Tainted Grail-The fall of Avalon für ca 30 Euro bestellt. Die Aktivierung über die App verlief ohne Probleme, allerdings war das Spiel danach nicht in meiner Steam-Bibliothek. Danach habe ich den Support kontaktiert, die von ihm geforderten Dateien hochgeladen...nur um festzustellen, dass in der nächsten Mail die gleichen Dateien angefordert werden ( angeblich waren die von mir geforderten Dateien "cropped"). Es waren ungefähr 7 Mails mit 3 verschiedenen support-Mitarbeitern, jeder steppte in on behalf of the former colleague ( dämliche KI) Danach habe ich aufgegeben. Mein Fazit: Geld weg, Spiel weg....reine Abzocke!

Fetter Scam!!! Kaufe ein günstiges Spiel und kriege irgendein monatliches Abo hinterher, bei dem man nirgends darauf hingewiesen wird. Steht irgendwo im Kleingedruckten und dann kann man sich auf die Suche machen, den Kündigungsknopf zu finden, der irgendwo versteckt ist. Bitte nicht kaufen!

Habe einen Key für Arc Raiders gekauft, bezahlt per paypal, alles normal, key wird "geliefert" und dann steht da einfach seller could not fulfil order, danke für garnichts? Wie kann das überhaupt sein, warum wird der seller dann noch da angezeigt? Immerhin wurde mir direkt die refundmöglichkeit gegebn aber natürlich dauert das dann wieder 3-5 Tage, und bin gespannt ob das überhaupt ankommen wird.

As a result, some orders are successfully fulfilled, while others fail. During these instances, users can initiate transactions, but the product appears out of stock on the website immediately. This issue stems from a genuine stock shortage.

Am liebsten würde ich gar keinen Stern geben. Ich dort Robux gekauft und mir wurde nach mehrmaligen falschen codes bis heute kein funktionierender code zugestellt.
