I’ve been drinking Aegis for two weeks now. Product does what it promises, I feel like I have energy for rest of day without feeling wired at night and I am able to sleep well. I also feel more focused and at this point I don’t even need to drink a second cup of coffee (though I still drink my first cup of coffee at the start of my day

I tried AEGIS and honestly, I was expecting it to taste like one of those overly sweet energy drinks. It actually surprised me.

I had the Strawberry Lemonade flavor and really liked the taste. It’s light, not super sweet, and doesn’t have that weird aftertaste that some energy powders have. I also liked that it didn’t give me that super wired feeling I usually get from stronger energy drinks.

For me, the biggest difference was that the energy felt pretty smooth. I had it earlier in the day and felt more focused without feeling like I had slammed a huge amount of caffeine. AEGIS has around 77mg of caffeine per serving, along with a bunch of other ingredients aimed at CELLULAR energy.

The other thing I liked was how easy it was to make. Mix it with cold water, shake it up, and you're good. The glass shaker that comes with the Welcome Kit is a nice touch too.

Is it going to completely change your life after one drink? Probably not. But compared with the usual energy drinks I've tried, I thought it was a much more enjoyable experience. I’d definitely keep drinking it, especially on days when I need some extra energy and focus without going overboard on caffeine. High quality ingredients that I was supplementing separately all bundled into one easy to drink delicious mix.

Overall, I’d give AEGIS a 9.7/10. Good taste, smooth energy, and no crazy crash for me. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for something different from the usual energy drinks.

Aegis has been a game changer on how I start my morning workouts and even my afternoons when I’m feeling sluggish. I used to start off the day with over 300mg of caffeine to just workout and I never thought I would find something else that would work for me. Then Tommy came out with this great drink that truly works. I cut out the caffeine and started using aegis everyday and the results spoke for themselves. Everyone is gonna go into any new product especially an energy product with some type of skepticism like "yeah right, It cant do all that." But man do i love being wrong for something like this. Been on it for a full week and this is a game changer. Feels like the movie "Limitless" i take this and my focus energy is back and its crazy. Its just gonna keep getting better the longer I take it. This is a legit and its all natural and the biggest is that its not an "energy" drink its a repairing drink down to a cellular level. I am recommending it to everyone i get a chance to. 10/10 100%

First, I’ll start with ordering. It was an easy-to-navigate website and ordering process, which I like. The discount on a subscription basis is insanely good.

The product itself is peak. I feel like I have more energy for longer with less side effects than with coffee or energy drinks. The energy I get feels more sustainable and natural.

The ingredients feel clean and the flavor is phenomenal. It reminds me of the yellow and orange Sobe back in the day, which was always one of my favorite drinks.

Long time consumer of coffee and energy drinks. I work 12+ hour shifts on a rotating schedule, days and nights. Us shift workers live on caffeine. This product is different. I don’t just feel alert and wired, I actually have more energy and am more alert. Given my work schedule, I put my dry scoop in the glass shaker bottle and mix it when ready. It mixes GREAT. No clumps or stuck on bits. After drinking sugar free energy products regularly, this drink is refreshingly not too sweet and tastes natural. Both huge pluses for me. Definitely glad I gave it a chance. Coach Tommy and team knocked this out, boxing pun intended.

I have been able to fully switch off of coffee and substitute the morning routine with Aegis. It gives me sustained energy throughout the day with no crash.

This company has great customer service and they answer questions promptly. Impressed with the packaging (AG1 could learn a thing or two). Its a new supplememt for me but so far, it feels good to have energy without relying on high caffeine content drinks. Looking forward to drinking it everyday.

Was crisp and refreshing on ice.. taste was pretty amazing.. then of course all the energy promoting ingredient’s.. call me crazy but I actually felt great shortly after I sipped it down.. as a type 1 diabetic I’ll take all the energy I can get ..

Genuinely didn’t expect to be writing this. I’m skeptical of anything in this category, since most “clean sustained energy” products are just a pile of caffeine and sucralose in a nicer bag, so I read up before I ever tasted it. The whole premise is different. Instead of leaning on stimulants to mask fatigue, it’s built around the stuff your body actually makes energy with (creatine, NMN, CoQ10, PQQ) to support ATP production at the cellular level. The caffeine is almost an afterthought, less than a cup of coffee, and paired with L-theanine so there’s zero edge to it. And you feel it. Not a hit, more like the floor of your energy gets raised for the rest of the day, then tapers off with no 2pm crash. Where I notice it most is running and lifting. Real difference in the back half of a run, and I’m pushing through sets I’d normally start fading on. It’s also delicious. Strawberry lemonade, no chalky creatine grit, no metallic aftertaste, which I can’t say for most powders I’ve forced down over the years. Extremely impressed.

I love the taste. The taste is not what you’d expect. I also replace my coffee with aegis on occasion and I love coffee. Aegis is an energy drink but it’s actually hydrating and it has a bunch of other things like longevity supplements and adaptogens. Other hydrating drinks usually have an odd background taste but this feels satisfying like Sunny Delight but it’s not as sweet which is perfect! It gives me a calm energy whenever I’m drinking it.
