Flavor is not the greatest, the shipping is fast though!!

Absolutely love this stuff peanut butter crunch is where it’s at!!

This product has a very distinct and gross aftertaste, almost chemically? I ordered the cookies and cream and i am very disappointed in the flavour. At the price i thought it would be a great product, no bueno.

I ordered a box of protein cookies, interested to see how they measured up. They're quite good for what they are. Finding high calorie snacks that aren't full of fillers or simple carbs is difficult, but these cookies do deliver in that way. They are quite crumbly which is the only thing I don't particularly like.

I am sooo disappointed with the last two experiences I have had ordering from CTRL. First order I received I ordered two of the big bags and had noticed that the formula has changed...it tastes like it's stale now and I LOVED the taste of this stuff a couple years ago!! It tastes really old now and the bags are smaller in size now as well. In order to see if it was just me that was going crazy, or if it was just the one bag that I got I decided to order a few of the sample packs. Well I received them today only to find that when I opened the package the cocoa flavored packet came completely open at the seal and spilt all over the place! Total waste. While cleaning up that mess....noticed that TWO of the other packets had came open at the seams as well, only I caught those ones before they had ALL spilt out! I can tell that the sample packs themselves are in cheaper packaging as they used to be as well. Working in production myself, I can see that as this product has became more popular over the years, the quality has gone way down. The lead time it takes to receive the product has gone down significantly, but personally after spending money on something that is pretty expensive already, then to have to pay spendy shipping in addition to that, I'd rather wait longer and receive a quality product versus the way it is now. Cheap, smaller packaging, not as tasty formula, and doesn't mix as well as it used to either! Super bummed as this stuff was SO worth the money a couple years ago! It used to be SO incredibly GOOD!! Please consider switching back to putting quality in front of quantity cause it's not worth the money anymore unfortunately. 🥺

It is as advertised, but it doesn't mix very well. It tastes pretty good if you like cereal

The banana split flavor has a very terrible after taste. I started to gag halfway through the drink. I will try to add fruit and blend into a smoothie to see if it goes away. I really wanted to like this.

Fast shipping of a great product with excellent packaging

These are meal shakes I'm actually happy to drink because of the flavor. I'm not dreading my diet and could get a good meal in a matter of literal minutes. Also, the magic charm bars are to die for! Only heard about this from Settled, and he convinced me 100%, give him a raise

I mixed the Cookies N' Cream with 16 oz of Almond vanilla milk and it produced a very flavorful drink with a little bit of thickness like a real shake. Definitely will buy this again.

The taste is great! I was worried that the meal replacement shakes would have been too chalky or too gritty, but it is the best tasting one I have ever had. I have the Cookies & Cream powdered shakes blend and if this is a sign of how the others taste...bring on the flavor!!!

Little high in price.... But the flavor I got (peanut butter) is by FAR the BEST meal replacement I have EVER had. Taste is GREAT!!!

This Meal Replacement bar blew my mind, i usually get that chalky and not pleasant after taste and feel. CTRL has the most amazing flavor ever and doesn't give you those unpleasant tastes.
