Oscar was VERY comfortable to deal with on such a short notice and the hospitality at Oscar’s Car Rental was very welcoming. 5 out of 5 recommendation for a rental if you’re in the tomah area.

Last minute need ALL other car rental places had no car, cost 3x , or just plan crappie service..The Hwy 31 kenosha location was awesome..took us as a walking and 15 min. later we were out with a very nice vehicle. Couldn't be happier 😁

The appointment was easy to book the process to pick up and drop off was easy. The only thing I didn't like is the steering on the jeep is off. Like it's wants to steer itself and you have to correct it. Makes me nervous driving it.

The actual car and owner (Antonio) at the Sun Prairie branch was above and beyond wonderful- its the Oscar platform that was so beyond terrible. We called to book, sent through our insurance details it kept throwing a "mismatched address" error the women on the phone said it would be fine to just go to the branch- we spent another hour there- where they need your insurance login and pass word (weren't told this before we left home- didn't have my login saved on my phone), and then decided that our insurance was not good enough (we regularly rent- every other insurance company has been fine with our insurance)- they also could not validate my husbands drivers license (again, every other insurance company is fine with his license). Will never rent through the Oscar platform again because of all these problems. Antonio on the other hand was so helpful through this horrible situation with Oscar.

I have rented from the Sun Prairie location twice now. Antonio does a fantastic job! The rental location is a bit tricky to find, but the office is well kept. Both times I was in need of a vehicle for the next day and Oscar came through. I was able to secure my rental online, quick and easy. My deposit was returned to me the same day I returned the vehicle. Both vehicles were clean and had no issues. They were as advertised. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with other companies, but so far, Oscar is the quickest and easiest I have used yet. fair price, great service, great vehicles! I would recommend visiting Antonio at the Sun Prairie location on Main Street if you are in need of a rental.

The online portal was easy and user friendly. I was able to rent the 12 passenger vehicle with no problem. During up and drop, the service was Great! It was quick and easy and efficient! Will definitely rent from here again.

I booked my rental online, and the day I was supposed to pick it up, it was returned crashed. The guy went and bought a mini van so I would still have a rental vehicle for my vacation which was very appreciated. Only down side was the air conditioner in the vehicle didn't work properly.
