Pivotal fleeced me hundreds of pounds…

Pivotal fleeced me hundreds of pounds for minor wear and tear on return. The also charged me for lack of fuel when it was returned with the correct level.

Be warned - you get stung for BIG charges when you return the vehicle.

Flawless Premium Experience – Seamless Service, Exceptional Support, and First-Class Delivery

I recently had another refreshed for my subscription with Pivotal, moving from the RRSport to the Defender 130 8 Seats, and the whole experience was genuinely seamless. The transition was handled smoothly from start to finish, with excellent coordination on both delivery and collection — timings were spot on and hassle-free.

A big shoutout to Thomas Priest and Ashley from the customer service team, who were incredibly helpful throughout. They took the time to walk me through the available vehicle options, prioritising my choices and constantly looking into availability as part of my 18 months refresh, making the whole process feel tailored and well thought through rather than transactional.

Overall, a very polished and premium experience — exactly what you’d expect from a subscription service at this level.

Amazing service

Pivotal super team

I have been with pivtol lots of many of years lots of Range Rover’s it’s the best thing I’ve done. I got a brand-new car insurance and maintenance the team is fantastic. I feel great as they know me and they give me five star Service. They’re the best out there. I have to recommend them.

Great service and communication

From the very first interaction right through to the delivery of our vehicle, the service from Pivotal has been nothing short of exceptional. Every detail was handled seamlessly, making the entire process feel effortless and genuinely enjoyable.

A special mention has to go to Tilly, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Her professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding—nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made us feel completely looked after every step of the way.

The delivery itself was perfect—smooth, well-organised, and exactly as promised. It really reflected the high standards Pivotal clearly pride themselves on.

I’ve used Pivotal for over 12 months now and the levels of customer service I’ve experienced from them have been exceptional. Having recently renewed my policy, they are making it very difficult for me to even consider other manufacturers offering.
