The repair authorisation process is THE most painful and utterly pointless one known to man. Tyres - the depot calls the kwikfit call centre who call the driveway leasing centre, who dont answer . Two fitters on the phone continuously for 1.5 hrs, unanswered. Tyres got replaced (worn on the edges due to misalignment) then got told cant do wheel alignment as the machine has been condemned and isnt likely to be replaced !!!!!

This our 1st time of using Driveway Vehicles Solutions, though the whole process they have been very helpful with each process, we have only had our car a couple of weeks but any small problems we have help setting accounts on the car the reply’s have been very fast and very helpful.

Dealt with Leanne who was extremely helpful and quick with responding to my questions all in all a good experience.

I’ve only had my new Jaecoo 5 for a week, but first impressions have been really positive. The car itself is well-equipped with all the options I was looking for, it feels great to drive so far, and I managed to get a really good deal on it.
There was a delay getting the car, but this wasn’t the fault of DVS. Throughout the process I was kept fully updated with weekly communication from Shanigh, who has been a great help and made the experience much easier. If I ever had a question or needed to call, she was always available and very responsive.
The delivery experience was great, the vehicle arrived on a transporter, clean and well presented, which made a great first impression. The handover from the delivery driver was particularly good; they were helpful, informative, and took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know.
Overall, it’s been a very smooth and professional experience from start to finish, and I’m really pleased with the car so far.

Overall, my experience with the salary sacrifice scheme has been very positive. The process of ordering and taking delivery of my Tesla was straightforward, well managed, and easy from start to finish. Communication throughout the scheme process was excellent, and I genuinely couldn’t fault the support and guidance provided.

The one area I feel could be improved is the experience with Pod Point. Communication wasn’t as seamless, and I found myself needing to make several calls before reaching someone who could assist and move things forward. While I’m now in the process of arranging an installation date, this stage took longer than expected.

That said, I would like to recognise Shanigh in particular, who has been excellent throughout. She was very helpful, responsive, and did everything she could to support and progress the installation process.

Overall, a great experience with the salary sacrifice scheme and one I would recommend, with only some room for improvement around charger installation communication and lead times.

I emailed the company with my enquiry, and Leanne got back to me also immediately, and dealt with amending my policy. The process was simple, fast and efficient.

I had to complete a change of registration and spoke with Leanne, who clearly explained what was required and followed this up promptly by emailing the instructions. She maintained excellent communication throughout, responded quickly to any queries, and thanks to her support a positive outcome was achieved.

This is a review of my experience with the Driveway team, I have not been into any car dealerships.

From the start of my ordering process to the handover both Lindsey and Shanigh have been brilliant, the communication was excellent, I knew exactly what was going on and if I had a question it was replied to in an acceptable time frame.
The web site is very easy to use, allowing me to get the price for the car and adding my wife on the insurance.
The hand over was hassle free, the car was delivered to my place of work on a trailer, all in it took less then 10 minutes.
All in this is a very easy way to get a new car and taking advantage of now being in a big motor trade group.
The only frustration I had was getting the Leapmotor App to work with the car, this took about a week to get to work, I think it was the supplying dealership not registering the car.
So overall a very positive experience getting my first car through the scheme, hopefully in two years time it will still be running so I can get a replacement car then.

Great service from the team. They answered questions throughout the process and were very responsive, even chasing up our charger installation.

I was having difficulty resolving a paper work error on a warranty expiry date. After a few emails and different telephone conversations I was put through to Leanne. She was reassuring and extremely efficient getting hold of the right people and getting the policy reinstated with correct expiry within half a day. What was good:
The value of the car and the car itself.
The relatively easy ordering process (via salary sacrifice).
The web portal was good.
Where improvements could be made:
Intermittent updates about expected delivery date and order status at least weekly.
A call the day before delivery indicating what time hand over is expected.
Our car arrived at 9pm which made it hard to tell if everything was OK in the dark (it was).

beware potential pendragon car leasers, hidden fees that are a total scam. get a ticket or fine of any kind, just for forwarding on to you, these grifters charge you insane 'admin charges'. never any response to any queries about these charges by phone or email, and then they keep adding late fees. total racket. discussing with ombudsman.
