The voucher itself was good and my son was happy with it. I panicked a bit because I couldn’t find the email at first, turns out it had gone into my spam folder! Once I found it everything was fine. Maybe make it clearer to check spam, but overall it did the job.

Was trying to think of something a bit more useful than just giving him cash and came across these vouchers. Ordering was really easy and I liked that I could add a personal message aswell, made it feel a bit more special. I had never heard of this company until a learner asked me if he could use a gift voucher. I said I would look into. I submitted the form on the website in the evening. The money was credited to my bank account the next day. Very easy process.

MY nan got me one of these to help pay for my driving lessons and honestly it helped so much. My instructor had never used one before, so we were both a bit confused at first. We just checked with the voucher team and they explained everything. Took a little bit to sort out but in the end it all went through fine so no complaints.

My voucher expired as I had saved it for when I had finished my exams so I had more time for lessons. I sent an email explaining what had happened, especially since it was a lot of money, and they explained that if I purchase the lessons and send the receipts, they would reimburse me. I'm really pleased with the service and I bought my driving lessons and they reimbursed me.

At first I thought having to send in the receipt after the driving lesson was goin to be a hassle, but it was actually much easier than I expected. I uploaded everything they asked for and the voucher was redeemed without any problems. Glad it all worked out.

I was asked if I accepted vouchers . This was a new system for me, so after verifying the voucher, I visited the on line site to redeem... it took 2 attempts, but the funds have now been transferred to my account successfully.

Avoid buying vouchers from this company if you expect any responses. I have emailed this company no fewer than 3 times. No response. I have tried very hard to get in touch because of our situation. You cannot call; only email. A voucher was bought for my daughter for £250 and we did not realise (as it was a gift) that it had to be spent within 6 months. When we TRIED to contact this company to see if it could be extended, especially as the amount was so large and a gift from someone, we got ZERO response. It’s funny how this company is able to respond to reviews but not direct emails. Avoid.

In all honesty after buying these Vouchers I started to hear about bad experiences & the difficulty in getting them redeemed. I kept everything crossed.
The biggest hurdle was finding a driving school that was willing to accept the Vouchers. One eventually stepped up. There was a slight delay in redeeming. I got on to the Support Team (my message was polite - always helps). I gave them the info of the Driving Instructor, and details of the person who was gifted the Vouchers They got back to me about 2 days later? Their response was polite and sincere. About 5 days later, they had resolved the issue (some missing info), Vouchers were redeemed and driving lessons were had. Thank you Team.

Digraceful company who are nothing more than a scam. I have been truing to contact them for over 3 weeks and they just stop replying. The redemption method is not made clear and they have the audacity to then say we should pay for the lessons and claim the money back from them. So you for out £500 and then another £500 and there is no guarantee they will pay you back. Absolutely disgusting

got this for my daughter’s birthday! She loved it. The voucher process was really easy and she was able to start her lessons right away, and the instructor had no problems redeeming it. Definitely recommend this as a gift for any new driver!

I purchased the voucher for my son's lessons, and while it was an easy process to redeem, he did have a bit of trouble finding a intructor who accepted it at first. After a quick chat with customer service, we were able to sort it out, and he's now booking his lessons.

I received this from my parents, but when I tried to redeem it, I ran into a bit of trouble finding an instructor who accepted it. The first instructor I called didn’t seem to know how the voucher worked, but customer support was really helpful. They explaind the process to the instructor and sorted it out. Once everything was in place, I had no problems booking my lessons. I think it could be better if instructors were more familiar with the system, but the customer service made sure everything was sorted out. Thank you!

Bought the voucher for my partner, but it was sent to the wrong email I typed in, support quickly fixed it and sent it to the correct email address. The process worked out well in the end

Being a driving instructor, having a pupil ask you if you take vouchers bought elsewhere is very suspicious. I asked about and others had heard of it but not used them. What’s to lose I b thought so accepted the pupil and on lesson one we redeemed the voucher. It worked, I was paid almost straight away so it’s all good. I will accept again next time. The value of the ticket determines how many lessons the pupil gets btw

I got the Voucher as a birthday gift, and it's been really handy for my lessons! The process to buy it was simple, and it made paying for my lesssons a lot easier.

After the website clearly stating these vouchers are accepted by many driving instructors 6 separate driving instructors refused to take them due to them being very difficult to redeem. I asked for a full refund and was refused. Told I had to pay upfront for lessons and then redeem the money from them…Not impressed!!!

What a horrible company. They want nothing more than for you to not be able to redeem their vouchers so they can keep your money for themselves. PLEASE just gift someone by paying directly for their driving lessons once they have found an instructor instead of using this complicated and limited service. DO NOT BUY THESE VOUCHERS FOR ANYONE 👎👎🚩🚩

I'm a driving instructor and this is the first time I have seen or accepted these vouchers. Claiming the voucher was very straightforward. I claimed the voucher on a Thursday evening and the funds were paid to my bank the following day.
