The two minute workouts are great the supplements are great. The book and recipes are great too.

Love the encouragement, the teachings, the accountability, the knowledge shared to get healthier in a more natural and holistic way. It is a lifestyle, not a diet. This makes it more doable and with long lasting results. Couldn’t be happier!

I joined the DLG Lifestyle 15 months ago and my life has improved substantially! Following the challenges continue to teach me healthy ways of living. I lost the few pounds I needed and kept them off. The daily 10 minute workouts literally changed my body. At 71, even after losing the weight, my body continues to be shaped and toned. I was skeptical at first and watched Dr Livingood on reels and you tube. He made a lot of sense but I definitely have tried my share of healthy eating plans but only lost a couple pounds and never stuck to it. I made a promise to myself that I would really try in 2026. At the end of January I was down about 5 lbs but I was already getting tired of what I was eating.

I debated the cost and realized I was worth it and it was cheaper than a gym membership that I probably would get tired of in a month or so. Fast forward 5 weeks - I am down 7 pounds (even cheated during my birthday ) - loving that I feel energized, healthier and changing my lifestyle for the better- not just diet and exercise- but choosing healthier options in every aspect of my life.

I was transitioning from the American diet and ran across Dr. Livingood’s free book and thought it was too good to be true. Nope I have had results from all supplements from collagen to vitamin D supplements. It’s not a diet it’s a lifestyle change that is long lasting with small changes. Love love love it!

Absolutely love the Omega 3 and Turmeric supplement! When I eat to much gluten or sugar and my joints are aching, I just take extra and it doesn’t take long to get relief! I especially was thankful after my car collision last year! I got relief from the aches and pains.

In 11 months I have lost 95 unwanted lbs, my fasting glucose is now in normal range, my PTH levels are now in normal range, my doctors are in awe and completely on board with the positive changes they see in me and my body. I would highly recommend watching the videos, getting the book and starting with a monthly challenge if you need to jump-start your mindset and your success. You do NOT need to buy his supplements to follow the lifestyle. Also, his Coconut Joy Bars are wonderful and a great deterrent to those who might have a snackcident. Highly Recommend! There is a lot to learn and unlearn.

I'm not sure how I managed this but I doubled ordered several products & got the notice all these were being readied for shipment. Slight panic since the result would have been way more than I needed and more than I intended to spend. I sent an email & shortly after that received a calm email explaining it wasn't a problem, the extra order had already been canceled. WHEW
