My purchase of the DJI Mavic 4 Pro…
This was the first time I've used Drone Safe Store and I purchased a Mavic 4 Pro, and what fantastic service I received from all of the staff, and a Big thank you to Archie who promptly sorted out my DJI care refresh pack. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Well done, keep up the great service and hopefully I will be visiting them sometime in the near future.

I can’t fault the Drone Safe Store
I can’t fault the Drone Safe Store. I contacted them out of hours and Tom still responded that evening. I also received a courtesy call letting me know that my order had gone through and would be shipped on the day they promised. I’ve been to a couple of events they’ve held, and they always make you feel very welcome.
On this occasion, however, the courier let them down. The parcel was held at the depot for an extra day. When it was eventually delivered, the courier was a little late. Normally, that wouldn’t bother me, but he actually claimed he had delivered it on time. I have a photo with a timestamp that clearly shows otherwise.

I wanted a DJI Neo 2 More Combo delivered, but Drone Safe had none it stock and asked me to call back in a couple of days, which I did and my luck was in. Brilliant service and fast delivery.
The service was brilliant, I called the store with some questions on the process of flying a drone commercially and spoke to Tom. He answered all my questions and I went ahead and purchased a drone. It was delivered the next day. I also asked about training courses and was able to add that on as well. Both Tom and Harrison I spoke to on the phone were extremely helpful.

Neo 2 transceiver
I have been looking to buy a transceiver for a neo 2 since before Christmas but could not find one anywhere as the scalpers appeared to have bought them up and were selling them at ridiculous prices. I have never heard of this company before and it had not come up on my previous search's. I was amazed at the excellent service this company suplied, not only could I purchase one at the correct price but it was delivered in a few days. Top company, will be dealing with them again for my future purchases.
