Having been a Drone Safe Store customer in the past, I was sure to return for the purchase of a new drone. An 'Open Box' Mavic 4 Pro Creator Combo attracted my attention as there was a saving to be had on the purchase. I placed my order and two days later, my new drone arrived here in Northern Ireland. On opening the package, I found a new completely sealed drone box and at a saving on the price. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wishes to purchase a new drone / equipment. Fantastic service
Fantastic service, very friendly staff. I walked in during Black Friday. They were mid expansion (section closed for workers) and boxes of inventory everywhere for online orders. Didn’t hesitate to help me and I bought my drone and was back in my car within ten minutes. Brilliant.

Poor delivery service - otherwise excellent
Ordering and dispatch were excellent. The drone was undamaged as the packaging was also excellent.
I’m dropping one star because delivery was dreadful. I received a PDP message that had been out when he arrived and I saw his photo. The photo was not taken at my house - I don’t know where it was. I was in the whole time - waiting. The package was correctly labelled so I concluded he was just being lazy.
I collected it myself from the local PDP collection point so I got what I needed in the end.
