Very solid team behind DropCommerce. They work effortlessly to provide a good service with reliable suppliers in their network and solid tech behind their platform

Ordered some samples from Suppliers on DropCommerce, orders supposed to be shipped within in 1-2 days but into the 3rd days received no updates from 2 out of the 3 Suppliers. I was charged for all 3 samples I ordered. I had reached out to DropCommerce trying to get contacts info from them but cannot reach a Live person. I am now awaiting for an email response from them.

Great experience, and great interface. there is plenty of suppliers, and a wide verity to choose from. the price is definitely worth it, and support is amazing. has definitely been a crucial role in my store.

My experience working with DropCommerce has been excellent. I have someone that I can reach out to in person, which is a problem that I have on other sites. The products are set up in a way that is easy to navigate, the descriptions are good, there are plenty of products that also are easy marketed as sustainable, or fair trade, which is something that I feel strongly about. Uploading the products is extremely easy. I have my shop on Wix and the connection was literally a press of a button. I am very happy that I found DropCommerce and highly recommend them if you are looking to do dropshipping.

Very good app to source products and run a dropship store. Implementation was easy. And it works with Shopify. I hope they will add more suppliers with more products in our niche. Well done :)

The best support & products

I started my journey in my online retail business a year ago, and even though my path has steered away from selling other's products to working on my own handmade products, I'm still in awe at the support of this platform for handmade, fair-trade, women-owned, north-american made products

My experience on DropCommerce has been wonderful. The staff is super supportive and knowledgeable, the products look great, and I was able to get my sample order quicker than I could have hoped, and the app itself is super straight forward and simple. Love it!

DropCommerce has been a great platform for product sourcing so far. The products look really good and the support team has been really helpful. I purchased a pre-built store and it helped speed along the process. I would certainly recommend them!

TrustPilot has forced me via email to drop my initial comment of Drop Commerce despite having initially agreed to my case in 2022 when it was first reported, with a supporting documents request from me, which was provided. They then concluded that my complaint is legitimate. They are now bringing it back. I have no option at this time, TrustPilot. Do whatever is pleasing to your webpage. I have registered the treatment that the company Drop Commerce did to me.
