I wanted to try so purchased top membership plan but after 9 days still on standard membership. at least 7 times i filled support for for help. its like no one is there.

No support team, failed refunds, constantly charging my account even with multiple attempts to log in yet it doesn't let me in, now I cant use my connected bank account in fear it will take money from me. Support is unresponsive, if there even is any. B

I signed up for the 7 day free trial and tried to cancel immediately but there website is conveniently broken and won’t allow me to update my membership. I submitted a ticket to support 3 days before renewal to cancel my subscription and they failed to do so and billed my card on file. Also, this service is completely worthless which is why I tried to cancel immediately. Do not sign up.

After reading all this review I am scared to sign up.

A complete SCAM!
I paid 39 dollar monthly subscription, and I can't even log in, I can't reset my password, and they don't respond in the useless chat they have on their website. I always get an automatic response saying that they can't answer for the moment.
I also e-mailed them, but still no reply.

AVOID this website, IT'S A SCAM! And even if it's not, I would not recommend it, the service is just AWFUL, SLOW, and full of BUGS. invest your money in something more professional and reliable.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK, refund me, and CANCEL my subscription.
THIEVES!

Even after canceling my subscription over MONTH ago I still get charged for a service that I don't even use anymore.
They don't respond or anything, unprofessional.

Well it did seem to fail because I did go to my account there and it says in red lettering on July 6th 2021 my access is expired but I was still charged!

Very bad service. A lot of things they offer do not work and they NEVER react when you have questions. Stay away from this

Scam Fraud... I sign up to see the feature it provides with charging $97 a month and there is nothing much info about products as they charge high amount of fee and also all the product is imported from aliexpress and the store on aliexpress of many products is also not official store which will get into legal problems if they are not the owner of content creator. Also, I ask the company to refund my money and they decline it and I offer them to deduct $10 or $20 for just using their app for like less 5 minutes and refund my remaining money and they rejected it and not replying to my message either. I highly recommended it does not purchase this item to search product and there is much other application available online which people can use at a really low price.

Absolute scam. Have tried to cancel my membership numerous times now and it will not let me. Tried to contact the company to fix the issue. But they do not reply. The company has charged me numerous times now even though I have tried to cancel the service.

Total Fraud... Never signed up.. don't ever get a product...keep getting billed... No idea where in the world they are or how to contact.

Follow-Up: Received response from company offering to explain why I am billed for a product/service I don't use. CORRECTION - its a product / Service I don't receive!

I am not in any business where I would use or signup for the service and have never received any information from the company ever. As I am using my name on this Review, "if" I was a customer they have my contact information and would have no need to post a generic response.

Great tools and expert customer help when I needed, even to a foreigner like me looking for a establish a business!

Alex (I think was his name), was fast and helped with all of my doubts and made me feel secure of my choices, in a world full of insecurities! Best part was deff talk to a REAL person instead of a AI bot.
