Dr Wong was excellent and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process.

Dr Wong was extremely knowledgeable, caring and reassuring. She offered a very balanced opinion on my condition and options for treatment. I felt equipped with the information I needed to make a decision and I felt Dr Wong understood my motivations for seeking treatment. The procedure itself went extremely smoothly and she explained what would happen at each step so I understood what was going on and her confident and reassuring presence eliminated any feelings of anxiety I might have had. In addition, the team around her was great and the environment was lovely. The post-operative care plan was clearly explained, I was given everything I needed (cream, plasters, instruction sheet etc) and I received a follow up call from Dr Wong to check in 2 weeks after treatment too.

I would, without question, see Dr Wong again about any future dermatological concerns.

Having seen multiple GPs with little success over many years for seborrheic dermatitis, Dr. Wong was absolutely excellent. Prompt diagnosis. Clear treatment plan which has worked effectively. Good manner and punctual. Really impressive

What can I say! I suffered from dermatitis for 18 months. Several visits to my GP with various prescriptions were futile. Then I discovered Dr Wong. She prescribed me with a few ointments and miraculously just after 2 weeks my condition is almost completely healed.
I would highly recommend.

Dr Wong is a wonderful dermatologist with a cheerful and kind manner. She really listens, takes relevant notes and her treatment and follow ups are exemplary. She is punctual and professional. She also has a delightful and helpful PA.

By the time I saw Dr Wong with a skin condition on my legs and arms (which had stopped me sleeping, working and living life) I was at my wits end. For nearly three months I'd had countless blood tests and seen two other dermatologists who were dismissive, didn't hear me and my symptoms worsened.

Dr Wong greeted me with a huge smile, listened to everything I said, captured all the history and, after talking it through, we agreed a treatment plan and a next step. She did what she said and the next day I had the report and the follow up appointment. The treatment plan improved my condition and at the follow up, I felt even more positive with another plan and next steps. Thanks also to Caroline, her PA, who is responsive and efficient.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dr Wong.

Sharon, her team of nurses and PA Caroline were all very professional as you’d expect. However also extremely sympathetic, flexible, explaining every clearly and simply thus putting me at ease through the whole booking of the procedure, having it done and follow up. Very impressed and would recommend and certainly if needed similar treatment again Sharon & team would be first port of call.

Over the past couple of years I have had a number of moles removed from my skin and tested, fortunately all was ok. My skin was sunburnt regularly as a child so there is always that thought in the back of your mind while you are waiting for results that one could be malignant . Whilst being honest and factual; Doctor Wong has always put me at my ease, talking me through the process in a kind and professional manner.
I also would like to praise her colleague and P.A. who also makes the process run very smoothly and efficiently by promptly returning e mails and phone calls, and doing her very best to book you in for a convenient appointment. Based on my own experiences, I can’t think of any areas for improvement
