Dry verge packaged OK by vendor. Appears damaged by courier who admitted using a van that was too small. Deep scratches on visible face plus end broken off

unfortunately we received our delivery…
unfortunately we received our delivery late and the delivery was also wrong. We ordered internal corners and received external. Due to our schedule we had to cut all the corners received and adapt them. Generally though the product is a great product and I would use the company again

Ordered was delivered to the wrong…
Ordered was delivered to the wrong address. People in the address refused the parcel. Which was only one street over. Courier then sent email saying delivered with photo on the photo you could see the right address clear as day. Still waiting for my parcel now. Phoned the dry verge company they told me they would get back to me in an hour still waiting now that was Thursday it’s now Monday. Package was needing for Wednesday

To clarify, you contacted us on Thursday morning, just before the Easter bank holiday weekend, during which our offices were closed on both Friday and Monday. Unfortunately, with such limited notice ahead of the long weekend, our ability to intervene was restricted.
Based on the courier’s tracking information, the parcel was scheduled for redelivery on Saturday. We’re sorry to hear that it did not arrive as expected.
We will be following up with the courier first thing Tuesday morning to resolve this as a priority and will keep you updated.
