DS Bathrooms fitted our bathroom last year, and the quality of the initial installation was outstanding. Everything was finished to a very high standard, and we were extremely happy with the final result.

Nearly a year later — still within the 12-month warranty — we experienced two separate leaks: one from a soil pipe and another from a condenser pipe off a radiator. At first, we thought they might have been linked to the bathroom installation.

We contacted Darren on both occasions, and his response was exceptional. He replied within the hour, arrived the same day, and fixed both issues quickly and professionally. Neither problem was actually related to the bathroom work, yet he still took the time to help us.

His customer service, contactability, and willingness to go above and beyond — especially 11 months after installation — are far beyond what you’d normally expect.

We genuinely can’t recommend DS Bathrooms highly enough. High-quality workmanship and absolutely exceptional support.

We recently had a new bathroom fitted and couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole process was smooth from start to finish — planning was easy, and the team arrived on time every day. They were informative throughout, kept us updated on progress, and left the house clean and tidy each day.
There was a great selection of quality products to choose from, and the final finish is excellent. The workmanship and attention to detail really show. We’re very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend their services.

We absolutely love our new en-suite and are so happy that we chose DS Bathrooms. I’d wanted a new en-suite for a few years and had heard good things about them from other people on my estate, as well as reading all their reviews so knew I’d likely use them when the time came. They’ve been great from start to finish; their attention to detail is second to none, communication has been faultless, found their honesty and advice refreshing and it just felt like they genuinely cared about getting it right for you. Their diary is booked up in advance and to me, that speaks volumes but can say it’s been worth the wait!

Arrived ahead of scheduled time and finished promptly and efficiently. Consulted and helpful.

Our "bathroom transformation" included removing our old bath with overhead shower and replacing it with a (wonderful) walk in shower. The whole room feels more spacious somehow; it's is lighter and brighter and so much easier for us to use. Darren and Rob completed this amazing transformation in just four days. The work was completed to a high standard, with great attention to detail.
We had been warned that we would need to wait more than nine months for them to do the work, but it was certainly worth the (long!) wait.

I would highly recommend DS Bathrooms to anyone looking for quality work. Their team was incredibly professional and tidy throughout the entire process, which made the renovation stress-free. DS bathrooms did an amazing job in transforming our main bathroom and en-suite. From initial contact through to installation everything went smoothly. Work was completed to a very high standard and we are delighted with the end results. We would have no hesitation in recommending DS Bathrooms. They are booked many months in advance but don’t let this deter you, they are well worth the wait.

DS completely redesigned our bathroom, transforming it to perfectly suit our needs. The consultation process was thorough, with an excellent selection of tiles and fittings available to choose from. Being able to view samples at his workshop in Morpeth was incredibly helpful in making our decisions.

The quality of both materials and workmanship is exceptional - everything feels premium and built to last. DS and his assistant were consistently polite and professional throughout the project. I was amazed at how they managed to keep our house clean, tidy, and somehow completely dust-free during the installation - truly impressive attention to detail!

While we did have a 9-month wait from booking to installation, DS kept us fully informed throughout this period, updating us on any manufacturer price changes and sticking to the installation date he originally promised - no nasty surprises or delays.

The results speak for themselves - we're so pleased with our new bathroom that we've already booked DS to renovate our en-suite next!
