What a "slick" operation from the original quote to the finished job.
Darren and Rob were lovely to have in the house and I was kept up to date every step of the way.
They were prompt, worked hard, tidied up as they went along and did a fantastic job which was helped along by the quality fittings used .
We are absolutely delighted with the result and couldn't quite believe they could do all this in only 4 days.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. We've had a lot of tradesmen in recently and I can honestly say Darren and Rob have been the best! An excellent job from start to finish turning a very cramped, tired ensuite into a very smart cloakroom. From when Darren came to quote for the work, to choosing tiles and flooring etc and then the actual work everything went smoothly. Darren and Rob were on time every day and actually got through quicker than expected.

DS bathrooms have given me an amazing new bathroom. It’s lovely and light and airy. The work is top quality and it was finished in 4 days - Monday to Thursday. There was minimal mess, it being cleaned up at the end of the day. Both lads take pride in their work and the end result is top class. Five Stars!

The whole experience from first meeting Darren for quote and to the end of the installation was amazing. Fantastic customer service which was explained in great detail what would happen. Darren and Rob two fantastic workers nothing was a problem to either of them. So professional and everything was tidied as they worked. The bathroom is so beautiful I cried. Thank you to Darren and Rob for an amazing transformation! Such professional teamwork together and job completed in 6 hours! So happy with the shower and it's so much better than climbing into the bath. This is the 2nd job Darren and Rob have done for us, having fitted an en-suite 4 weeks ago. Excellent workmanship again. Had my new bathroom completed today (30th May24) and what a transformation it is from my old dated council bathroom to this masterpiece, I waited 7 months since Darren visited and gave me the initial quote to this week’s instalment. It took three and a half days to install and the quality of workmanship is well above expectation. Darren and Rob worked extremely hard, never complaining and getting on with the work. One thing I must say is that they only worked on my bathroom over the past few days, not going back and forward between jobs, they install one bathroom per week and that’s it, brilliant service. Every day they give you a time they are going to arrive and they do so with Darren always asking ‘are they any questions ‘ before and after they finish. Dust was kept up a minimum and they cleaned the bathroom and all other rooms that they used during there visit. Would I recommend these guys to do family and friends work, 100% yes.

Darren and Rob turned up bright and breezy on a Monday morning in Cramlington. Darren explained the process for each day, keeping us informed as they went along ensuring we were happy. From start to finish communication from Darren was second to none.

Darren and Rob are an amazing team, super friendly and hard-working! They arrived at 8am everyday and worked non stop until 4pm to get the job done and to an exceptional standard!

We can't believe how quickly they managed to complete the job! It took three and a half days from start to finish. This included dismantling (what was left of) our old bathroom, completely rearranging the room, hiding unsightly pipes under the floor, building out two sections of wall, refitting the whole suite and tiling floor to ceiling! It looks like a hotel bathroom now, it is absolutely amazing. We're so glad Darren helped us with the design and choice of tiles, we could never have made it look this good.

We did have a slight (personal) issue with the toilet being too close to the wall, but Darren listened and made changes with no fussing or complaining.

Before they started work they protected the floors from damage, and every morning Darren asked us if we had any questions or concerns before he started for the day. At the end of the day a temporary toilet was fitted, the bathroom and any areas they'd been using were cleared of all mess, debris and tools. The only thing left was an orderly pile of our old bathroom in the front garden for a day or two, but as soon as it was all out they got that removed as well.

When we initially booked our slot it was months away and we thought it was a little expensive, however, it is 100% worth the wait and every single penny!!

Overall, an amazing job, would definitely recommend!

Darren was honestly a great guy very genuine helpful and was so understanding about what we needed. He just actually cared . My walk in shower in amazing need it for an operation I need to have . Old school professional in a young man . Highly recommended xx
