Terrible experience
Terrible experience. They charge fees that even their own employees don’t seem to know about. The staff are arrogant and incompetent — they don’t answer the questions that actually matter.
I decided to close my account, and an employee assured me that I had nothing more to do with DSK.
A few months later, someone transferred money to me using my phone number and — surprise — the money ended up in a DSK account. I went to a branch again, and the employee simply said, “I don’t know what happened.” I escalated the issue further to higher levels.
