No instructions, but after fitting I noticed the QR code for instruction video. They are so easy to fit, won't need the instructions anyway.

Purchased roof rails and cross bars for my 2020 swb citroen berlingo. Rails fitted okay but the cross bars were too long, I had to cut with angle grinder to make them work. I tried to leave a review on there website and they did not publish. Bad customer service.

Great service and good product
Brought a set of roof bars after an enormous cock up by Halfords, these guys gave great service after an initial problem they made contact straight away and nothing was too much trouble. The bars were a good product so much better looking than most Thule bars..good value too..

Wanted a set of side steps sent a message via Ebay to ask if they would fit my variant . Did not get a reply so i made a phone call. Was told they would fit .( they did not ) Called them up and was told it will cost £25. I agreed , but on hindsight found this to be wrong. Contacted them And was told because they never confirmed by e-mail , they accept no responsibility.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company to deal with, ordered a set of roof rails for my van a few months ago which arrived in no time. They look great by the way.
Then this week one of the dust caps broke for the rails,I emailed them if they could supply me a new one or 2, which I was happy to pay for.
2 days later a complete set arrived in the post for free!
