KRXTSB

It’s my first time to order from them and it takes a week before I received and when I tried to check the items There’s a 30 aed charge I ask the guy if there’s a discount he said No and when I paid my it through Tabby app it was declined unfortunately I paid charge of 25 aed for not taking the shoes
Never again never
It’s a bad experience

I've got to change the size to a bit bigger because their 40 that usually perfect for me, the one delivered fits like the youth size. So I want the comfortable one but they are asking me another 50 dirhams just to exchange the size! Never have I ever experienced it from any outlet or platform to be charged just to get a right size.
THINK BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Needed a last‑minute gift in Dubai, so I picked Express. It showed up the same day in about 6 hours. I paid by card on delivery on the courier’s POS fast and hassle‑free. I also added the Sneaker Cleaning Kit which helped clean a pair of knit sneakers without discoloration. Packaging was neat; items were sealed and undamaged. The team followed up with the tracking message and answered my sizing question. Happy with the service..

There should be negative star option here
Store doesnt have a contact number you will reach by customer service in watsup but not responding quickly and not reading your request properly!
Nobody call if there is no size availble instead they will give one size up! Again you will be charge by 25drhams
Shoe authenticity? I dont trust the store!!

Great experience! Fast delivery and exactly what I ordered

I'm really glad I came across this website—it's fantastic to have access to top-quality branded shoes. There's something exciting about opening a new box and knowing that the perfect pair can elevate any outfit. This is already my fifth purchase, and I’m sure there will be more to come!
Please continue offering such a great selection of standout footwear.

I had a smooth and pleasant shopping experience with Dubai All Star. The website is easy to use, and they have a great selection of high quality shoes. I wasn't sure about my size,so they kindly sent me Two sizes to try,, which was super helpful. I picked the best fit and returned the other one with no hassle.
Delivery was fast, the shoes matched the photo and they were comfortable.Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Dubai All Star!
I ordered On cloud shoes while I was in Dubai, delivery was super fast, I received them the next day. The shoes were perfect, and the courier was very halpful and patient, even waiting for me to try them on before leaving. The whole process was smooth and easy.
Later, I placed another order after returning to Qatar, and once again everything went perfectly. I received my order within 4 days, in prefect condition. Highly recommended!

Got my Dior B30s from Dubaiallstar and they’re perfect. Fast delivery, great packaging, and the shoes look amazing. Quality is top notch. Really happy with my order

Fake products

BEWARE FAKE PRODUCTS, i ordered 5 Golden Goose, paid around $1500 and they delivered them when i wasn't home, they ended up all fakes, tried calling no one answers on any number or email, i will file a lawsuit and report them to the Dubai police, even their address and the delivery service they use are not there!

I ordered on cloud shoes from this site but they delivered wrong sizes and return also not taking . No contact number also . When we call number showing in website no one attend and mail also no response. Worst experience to me

Dubaiallstar is super easy to navigate and their selection is legit. I was looking for a specific pair of Nikes that were sold out everywhere else, and they had my size in stock.
Shipping was surprisingly quick. I ordered on a thursday, and the package arrived by friday morning. The sneakers were in perfect condition, no scuffs or anything, and the box was also in good shape.
What really impressed me was their customer service. I had a quick question about sizing before I ordered, and I used their whatsapp widget. The person who responded was really helful and sorted me out in minutes. It's nice to see that kind of support.

I just bought an hermes sandal and they are fake!! They told me they were pre lobed but nono. Wrote to them but they don’t teply anymore

Everything arrived fine. They delivered it quick will be looking to buy more very soon.

My order went impeccably well. Great pricing and quality.

Excellent Customer Support! They handled everything smoothly and helped with the exchange process in the best way. The delivery was kind, and the shoe box packaging added a great finishing touch.

Fake and Scammer, they even don't have shops or offices in Dubai, be aware

They are all scammers including delivery guy. FAKE SHOES … don’t buy from them
