Phone line support very rude - agent did not tell me the details properly as requested. When informed them that I could not reach thotrugh any of the numbers provided on the voucher, until I was aable to fetch the number on the web after several hours I was finally able to get throught to the customer service. When informed of the issue and phone numbers being inactive - I was simply brushed off by the agent telling me that my phone has bad connection.... Moreover when asked about more info prior to me booking - he just told me that I will get an email after booking and hung up on me. Furthermore, when driving to an Airport with a 15 months old baby in hands, the driver slammed on the brakes at the traffic lights sooo hard that my baby nearly got out of my wife's hands almost hitting the floor. While baby was ok, all of our bags flew around and we ended up losing few baby thing including baby's feeding bottle (which we needed for the flight) and his bibs. Absolute Disgrace!

The bus is absolutely disgusting you’ll need to clean your feet on the way out I didn’t even want to sit on the seat dropped off at zone 16 told we would meet there at zone 16 when we would return we had just missed a bus rang to say we where waiting told the bus was there they messed us about for an hour and a half we had to get an uber to get our car no apologies just looking at you as if I was in the wrong the man in the office wouldn’t come out worst run Business I’ve ever come across people need to know these PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ONCE YOU’VE PAID absolute disgrace I would rather pay extra to a company who will look after you plus the uber driver who was brilliant told us that this wasn’t first time

If youre reading this before booking then 100% don't book..its a scam company.
Booked correct days...got email with wrong leaving car park date.
Tried manage booking on site but it didnt recognise my reference number that they emailed me...then I tried manage my booking by using my email address as ID and it didnt recognise my email address.
Tried ringing the number that was in email for enquiries...not in use.
Emailed them that I needed to cancel or get help as dates were wrong on email they had sent me...I literally sent email within an hour of booking and my arrival to carpark wasn't for nearly 9 months and they replied to email saying its cancelled and ill get just over 50% of money I paid back in 14 working days - no trying to help.
I got scammed...first time for everything.
Avoid like the plague.

NO REFUND! ILLEGAL BUSINESS. Booked this car park for flight to England through internet search but just checked this site a few days before to check. All bad reviews. They pretend to be the Red Car Park but may as well be a criminal organisation. When I cancelled they charged me 15 euro and said my refund would be in 14 working days. 21 working days later no refund and no reply anymore to emails. A costly scam. Probably a company based in Nigeria or somewhere.

Avoid!!! Extremely far from the airport. Worst experience ever. Old dirty shuttle bus. It's a disgrace that they are actually allowed to operate. Once you arrive to the airport at your return,you have to call them to collect you and nearly 1 hour later you make it to your car. Websites did not have map available to see exactly the location of the carpark. Do not be tempted by their cheaper prices. This crowd is the same as "go airport parking Dublin" so beware this other website also.

Rude and ignorant attendants The carpark is over half an hours drive from the dublin airport. Yiu will wait an hour after ringing many times the shuttle arrive to pick you up

Booked this for an 8 day period as a result of an internet search. Confirmation did not show a map. Spent well over an hour trying to find the car park - no signage to it at or near Dublin Airport, and phone calls to the company did not provide useful information. Forced to park in an alternative car park or miss flight. Emailed to explain and cancel, but no refund forthcoming. Expensive mistake!

Be careful booking this, icons used are identical to official Dublin Airport parking, ie. Blue, red or green for the options available, so very easy to confuse with official parking. I made this error myself. Booked, then saw my mistake on confirmation email, tried to use the “manage booking” option and message was “email address is invalid “ tried booking reference “no booking found”, tried phone number on confirmation email “number unavailable “….phone number on website finally worked and I was told to send a cancellation request to their support email. Did and yes I received notification of cancellation and promise of return of payment, BUT they charge e €15 cancellation fee!,! Nowhere on website is this made clear AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I am writing to formally request a full refund for my booking (Ref: #2007) for the period of Dec 27 – Dec 29, 2025. My experience was unacceptable due to misinformation provided by your staff.

Prior to my arrival, I contacted your customer service via the chat box to clarify parking instructions. The representative explicitly told me that I needed to contact the airport directly and that the parking was "not from them." Based on this information, I assumed the facility was located within the airport.

Upon arrival at Dublin Airport, I was unable to locate your site. I attempted to call your office multiple times for guidance, but no one answered. Due to the lack of communication and the urgency of my flight, I was forced to park in an emergency airport lot, which cost me over €140.

I have since reached out multiple times for a refund, but I have received no confirmation or response. Because I was misdirected by your own support staff and unable to reach you by phone, I am requesting a full refund of my original booking fee.

I have attached the details of my transaction below and expect a response within [3-5] business days before I escalate this via my bank’s chargeback process.

Absolutely terrible place to park I arrived back during Storm Bram couldn’t land and was diverted to Stanstead in London phoned to let them know they weren’t interested all they wanted was €20 because I was going to be late. When I finally arrived in Dublin I waited a while and then the bus came to take us back to my car, took about twenty minutes it’s a distance from the airport anyway when I arrived a man came out to take me into the office to pay my €20 then I could get my car when I started it up the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree I had no lights on the left side took it to my local garage discovered while I was on holiday a family of Rats had invaded my car and chewed all the wires and the foam in the back seats going to cost a small fortune to fix so park here at your peril I certainly won’t be using them again going cheap isn’t always best and the drivers aren’t very helpful either AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Its a joke of a business, carpark is muddy and no footpaths, piles of sand here and there, not lit up, very poor shuttle service, waiting over an hour for a rude driver to arrive with not enough space for everyone. Dublin Airport or Safety Aurhority should shut this place down as its a safety hazard. Looks like no staff and no proper facilities.Most people seem to book it thinking they are booking one of the legit carparks, very misleading.

If there was 0 review id give them. They hold no ownership of your vehicle . We parked at this area near ashbourn for 4 days and we parked at an open area. The worker took us out towards a bush side and parked our car. We returned to see our car totally damanged from inside. There was waist of an animal all over with smell of urine and bitten off seats. We can assure the windows were closed and we have parked at a number of different places in the past. The man incharge yelled at us to leave the premises when we asked fpr few wipes to clean the car. We had plenty of time till our time expired but were treated brutely dispite full payment. Plz take it as a lesson and do not park here dispite their cheap prices they are awful. You can pay bigger price after any damage happens

Don’t make the same mistake and park and Park & Fly. Located 25 min from airport, you park in a very dark glorified field behind a deserted pub. I was fortunate to make it to the shuttle bus without needing to wait to get back to my car only to be told I’ll have to step out of the bus and my seat was given to other passengers. I was left waiting on my own for nearly an hour in middle of the night.

Their website makes it seem like you are booking directly through Dublin Airport when searching for airport parking, but this is not the case. I cancelled my booking within hours of making it but no refund has been issued, and customer service is a joke. Completely unprofessional.

Horrendous staff, procedures and transparency. I used them in September and would not have used them in November only that I had prepaid. I am an InteleTravel agent and I have advised my colleagues not to use this company. The list of problems is too long but when you park long term, they drive you into the area and you have to keep clicking your remote to see where your car is. God help you if you have an older car. You couldn't make it up! All their reviews have to be made up or else they paid for them as the comments they made do not align with either of my experiences with this awful company!

Told the bus would be 15 minutes. Waited 50 minutes in the freezing cold. Called 3 times to check when the bus was arrived and was told 3 different times.

Dreadful experience, staff extremely rude. Website extremely misleading , transport very run down. Very far from the airport. People on our bus where In a rush to get to airport, but we all had to sit and wait for other people to drive to their vehicles to the far car parks, and then return on another bus before the airport bus could leave. Trips to the airport are stressful enough with out this added chaos. Safe to say we will never use this service again.

AVOID this car park! It is situated at least 15 minutes from the Airport. They are in no hurry to get you there. The staff are extremely rude, with one man telling me I can’t follow instructions and to mind my attitude when I asked him not to speak to me like a child! Every other customer I spoke to on the bus, both to and from the Airport, had a bad experience and were livid. The website is designed in a way that makes you think you’re booking into the Dublin Airport car park, when this is a completely different business. It’s a run down business, which needs a massive revamp including the vehicles they transfer their customers in. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

For anyone unaware - this car park comes up in Google when searching for the real car park provided by the airport. They are NOT the same - be aware and expect bad customer service if you need help with anything.
