Core web vitals are one of our agencies most important metrics. We use several hosts as well as some WYSIWYG platforms. The websites we build on Duda give us the most consistent core web vitals out of any of the platforms we use including dedicated servers. Like any builder there is a learning curve, but it is feature rich (eComm etc) and let us build well converting websites without all the extra fluff.

The company has a good overall vibe. The new 2.0 Editor serves the industry well. It is just starting to try to enter the AI Builder game. Since they have done so, I feel the Platform overall has been buggy, but rest assured, they'll get it right. Overall - Good Platform!

I've been looking for a good website builder A WHILE now, and almost all the time you find tools that are either.
- Easy too use, free, but limited
- Unlimited, easy too use, but cost an arm
- Fair priced, almost unlimited, but has the steepest learning curve

But, FINALLY, I found Duda, a website builder that has proved to be EASY, UNLIMITED and comes at a fair starter price.

I am no expert but when a tool makes ME able to build my website, with ease, and exactly how I want to build it and on top of that is superfast, supereasy and just WORKS.

Duda enabled me to build and launch my website within 48 hours of discovering this tool. The speed I am able to do everything is key, and the versatility. I am able to get everything as I want, without having to compromise or solve stuff in a different way than I want.

And the fact that Duda has managed to minmize the amount of clicks you need to perform certain actions.. I mean.. It makes me feel as a rockstar.

Wasted much time with this software !!!
Complete waste of time. Does not appear anything at all like the editor screen nor the preview screen.
In fact, when the site was published, it appears online at the published domain name on my desktop totally different than it does on other's screens.
This makes the software very deceptive and sucks out your time. It is as if someone was intentionally attempting to waste your time and resources, this is how they would do it.
Be very cautious with them. Do not simply trust the editor, nor preview, nor not even the desktop on your own IP. You literally need to walk and knock on your neighbor's door and ask to borrow their screen to get an accurate accessment of your work progress.

I've been a customer of Duda since 2020. You'd think they would care about long term customers, but they don't :) I am a single designer with one website and they are asking me to pay 65 A MONTH for one website. I saw their competitor WIX charges you 25, the same Duda charges you for the lowest package, for a medium package that includes AI and all that. Duda is the worst platform I've ever come across, only getting worse throughout the years, and I hope they go out of business for how much they 'care' about their customers

So they increse prices without notice, you'll know whenn renewal and they take money without informing about increse!
Now you want to transfer...well those thieves are ready for you! First you are in monthly plan, but they make sure you have renewal for whole year...so they force you to pay for another year in advance, blocking you from doing anything else! Well so can switch to monthly payment...nope, they made sure you can switch to monthly payment only after another year! So those thieves came up with this system to screw you for another year!
Nothing you can do about it, even on montly plan...so now have to sue them...who's on same boat let me know to have a big case against those thieves.

Had a few questions and glitches in this time which they quickly resolved. You don’t have to chase after them either, once they are on it, they are on it. This attention to their clients/customers made the whole experience painless.

I just upgraded our plan to AGENCY and again, pretty painless. I created two new websites and didn’t handle the SSL Certificate for one of them properly. Even during the year end holiday someone got back to me and the Duda staff let me know when the mishap was fixed. Easy, breezy, peezy.
